I am a dog groomer and this is the only stuff I will use after being recommended by a vet years ago for my own dogs ear mites. Does not leave a residue or sting their ears. You can either do a simple flush or squeeze some onto a cotton ball to really get those ears clean.

First gallon came damaged with only 1/4 the product! Waiting for a replacement
Overall like the product alot, great ear cleaner (im a groomer) but it arrived damaged and if this isn’t resolved I’ll never order any products through Amazon again.. cap was damaged so it lost 3/4 of the ear cleaner in travel! Sent it back (staples/ups made me empty it because the gallon was open/damaged) please fix this issue, for 85$ I should be receiving a full gallon not 1/4 of it! Will change my rating if this issue is resolved by the seller, need my replacement asap!!

Update:Amazon.com agreed to take the item back after deducting restocking fee of $13.87also they are trying to see if they can pay the medical bill for $146. I just ordered 4 of the small bottles (4 oz each., which I never had problem with). I guess I will have to stick with the small bottles.Terrible reaction by my dog. she broke out and had to go emergency on Saturday evening. cost was $146 two shots for her hives.I’ve used small 4 oz bottles for the last 2.5 years. never had this issue. so, to be sure, I ordered another 4 oz bottle that got delivered today.no problem by my dog. I can not return this gallon because it has passed 30 days since purchase. even though I just opened it 5 days ago for the first time. I think this product is NOT genuine. and it was sold by Amazon.comTerrible TerribleI would give negative stars if I could.
