Great half back seat cushion
This half seat cover is perfect for my cross-country relocation with my two cats. I have a half back seat extender and want to provide them extra cushioning for such a long drive and extended amount of time in the car. It fits almost perfectly. It’s the right size front to back and is just a couple of inches shorter on the width.I was skeptical that the foam would fully open because it arrived folded in half and made a V-shape in the middle. I didn’t think it would flatten out. I thought it was going to have a hump in the middle. I left it out for a while and it flattened out nicely. The zipper on the cover opens around two sides, so it is easier to insert the foam padding into it.There are two additional square tops with a velcro backing to adhere to the top of the cushion to provide ease of cleaning. How thoughtful! It’ll be so much easier to rip off the top and pop it in the wash instead of having to remove the zippered cover from the foam every time. Since they provided two pieces of this velcro cover, I can put on a clean one while the other one is in the wash or if my cat throws up on one, I can change it immediately and wash the two at the same time. I think the velcro top will definitely add to the longevity of the cushion itself.The bottom of the foam cover has some non-skid dots, so the cushion will stay in place and not slide around when I am driving. The side of the foam cover has some velcro strips. I’m assuming that if someone purchased two for a full back seat, then they would stick together as one piece by velcro.Overall, I think this is a great cover and a good value. I will feel a lot better knowing that my kitties will have a more comfortable ride.

Low quality, poorly sized, overpriced
The single piece of flimsy egg crate foam (more on that later) was too large for both covers that came with the purchase. While I’m capable cutting the foam, it will probably be messy and take a few tries. Even so, I’m not confident cutting it to fit inside one cover will result in something that will fit inside the other cover. See photos—on cover is zipped, the other is velcro (hook & loop). And like another reviewer described, the item includes only one piece of cheap foam to cover half or less of the back seat. Read the fine print since the manufacturer’s photos may be deceiving.

Soft and comfy
This cushion is made from what appears to be a sturdy egg-crate foam with an inner cover that keeps it dry from “leakage” and a softer and fluffier outer cover for comfort. It’s a good size for my corgi and she had no issues walking on it or standing on it. I like that it is light weight and has a no-skid bottom that will help keep it in place while traveling and it will not take up the whole back seat. It was easy to place the covers over the foam cushion and zip them on and the zipper slid easily with no catching and I was able to put it on by myself. I don’t think this will be difficult to clean if/when it gets dirty because the layers are easy to put on/remove. It will also give my dog a little boost in height to see out the window, it is about 3” thick and her short corgi legs make seeing a bit challenging without anything to stand on. The covers appear sturdy and well made and with good grooming I don’t think her nails will be able to damage the cushion. I think this will work well in my car for travels.

Disappointing
This product did not meet my expectations, especially for the price. It is much smaller than I anticipated—only covering about half of my car seat—so it doesn’t provide the level of support or coverage I was hoping for. Given the description, I expected something more substantial.The construction itself is basic, essentially just a thin foam pad with a cover. While the cover is removable and washable, the overall design doesn’t offer the durability or functionality I was looking for in a back seat dog bed.For the cost, I believe there are better options available that provide more comfort and support for larger dogs. If you have a small pet and only need minimal coverage, it might work, but for a true seat extender or full-coverage solution, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
