Affordable and Sturdy
For the price – this is an excellent elevated dog bed, and I have a few! It’s a bit of a trick to put together because the tension required to keep the top tight and strait makes putting on the legs takes a bit of juggling. Easy for me to do on my own (60 yo woman, no handyman skill) but it is easier w/ two so someone can hold the first two legs while the others are attached.Love that it’s easy to clean. Sturdy enough for my two 70# boys to get on together and super affordable. We put it in our camper and will use it when on the road. We travel and camp a lot and this is thin and slides away easily. Our boys are taught *place* which means they go to their *place* when told. Their bed is their elevated bed is their place at home so having this when camping is perfect. Highly recommend!

Strong and sturdy but feet slips.
Assembly required. Instructions included but a little sketchy. Need some DIY common sense to figure some things out. All parts are well made. Metal parts are solid steel. Putting it together takes some muscle and help from another person. Since the sleeping mat has to be stretched taut, aligning the feet to the holes of the frame took a lot of effort. After assembly the entire frame is very sturdy and strong. The feet, although padded with anti slip material, will still slip on hard floors. Especially when my dog gets off the bed. The height of the feet are a tad too high for my liking. One inch shorter would have been perfect. The sleeping surface is comfortable. It is meshed so during summer months it will be cooling for the dog.Overall, a decent dog cot but still some flaws to it and improvements can also be made to make it perfect.

Very tight to put together but that is also the strength
I was very conflicted how I wanted to rate this product. On one hand, once it’s put together the material is extremely taught and stable and had no major deflection while holding my 60lb dog. On the other hand, it took two grown adults who are regular gym goers to put it together and we still had to use an extra prybar and vise grips in order to put the last corner on. I’m not sure how tight the manufacturer tolerances are, but if they are good and all of the dog beds are made like this one I don’t think most people can put it together by themselves. The instructions make it seem like a 5 minute job. That being said, 5 stars for product stability and build, but 1 star for having to build it out. If you are handy or have strong friends definitely get this as it’s well built. If you are somebody who easily gets frustrated with putting pre-assembled furniture together maybe avoid this one in favor of a fully assembled version.

The bed we didnât know we needed
This bed has plenty of room for my both my 35 lb and 80lb dogs. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but it was a little tough aligning the last 2 legs due to the tenseness of the bed. But once assembled, my dogs immediately got on and made themselves comfortable. It seems pretty durable and has held up well over the past couple weeks of use. I havenât used it outside yet but will edit this comment if necessary. The great thing about this bed is that it doesnât have stuffing or a zipper. So if your dogs are prone to chewing on soft beds, this may be a better option!

Solid but Poor Instructions and Installation
This is a very solid piece using high quality metal and fabric. We ordered the largest size for our 80 pound Goldendoodle. It is larger than we expected, and it feels very sturdy.Sadly, the instructions were entirely inaccurate. The wrong pieces were preinstalled making the instructions confusing. I ended up throwing them out and trying to figure it out myself, which I did. Make sure the flimsy metal rods are inserted into the small holes in the fabric piece, and then the four metal edges slide over that piece. The included allen wrench and hex screws require quite some force to tighten. It takes quite a bit of strength and force to not only slide the metal over the fabric but also to get the legs to snap into the holes of the metal. My husband ended up having to do it because I was not strong enough.Ultimately it’s a nice piece, but I only recommend it if you’re super handy and don’t mind a rougher and tougher installation than you’d expect.

Good sized, sturdy bed
This is a well-constructed and durable medium-size dog bed, as described. I was happy with the size and relative ease of assembly given the frame is steel and has to fit together pretty precisely and the sleeping surface has to be stretched to fit the frame. It might take two to get the job done. It feels durable when completed, though. My one minor complaint would be depending on the size of your dog and their manner of getting up from the bed, it might slide; the non-slip pads aren’t as functional as I’d like, but is serviceable.

Very sturdy easy to put together
YITAHOME 32 Inch Cooling Elevated Dog Bed is a nice sturdy elevated dog bed. I had no issues putting this bed together. It is very sturdy and it allows air to flow under your dog to help keep them cool. The only change I would make is it would be nice if the legs were foldable. Other than that if you are in the market for an elevated dog bed this is a nice one.

YITAHOME 49 Inch Cooling Elevated Dog Bed, Durable Dog Bed with Aluminum Frame
I work with a couple dog rescues and I’ve assembled a lot of elevated beds. While this one is on the more difficult end, it seems to be one of the more sturdy ones. We got the 49″ and it’s spacious! The frame is aluminum and allows for large, heavy dogs, it’s rated for 150+ pounds. It’s also a pretty good looking bed, if that matters. Our foster, an Akita Husky mix loves it. The price at the time of this review is $48 and that’s a good value for a well made, HUGE bed.
