Perfect for my sore back
I love this heating pad. It heats up quickly and doesnât get too hot. Itâs big enough that I can put it on my chair at my desk at work. It helps my back so much!!! It does shut off after a while so you donât burn yourself which is great. The price is not bad at all either. I would definitely recommend this heat pad to anyone.

Very soft, and distributes heat well
The thing I like the most about this heating pad, aside from its primary function, is how soft it is!I think that the heat levels are great- the highest one can get a bit toasty over time, but both of the highest levels will eventually lower, after a certain amount of time, which is nice, in case you’re not really paying attention to how warm it’s getting.The size seems really good for either draping around your shoulders, or running down the length of your back, depending on where the pain is. It is very lightweight, which makes it less cumbersome, and easier to store when not in use. The cord isn’t incredibly long, but the locations I’ve used it have been close enough to outlets that it hasn’t been a problem.I initially liked the fact that there’s a remote control, in addition to the control attached to the cord, but I haven’t personally needed to use it, because the normal control is so easy to reach, and it’s the only one that has the display on it.I’ve found that it heats up pretty quickly, and does a really good job of soothing sore muscles, without feeling too hot.My boyfriend and I have both gotten a lot of use out of it, so we might need a second one!

Good heating pad, not sure about the moist part
I do like this heating pad, it works well, heats up quickly, and is easy to figure out. The remote is convenient and a decent length, so if you have this on the back of your legs you don’t have to strain/twist to get the remote.I’m not so sure about the “moist” part, you can spray it but it seems kind of pointless to me.I mainly like the length, I’m short and it covers from neck to bottom, I do wish it was a bit heavier so the heat can be pressed into you, but other than that, no issues.

On paper this is a great, but connector gets concerningly hot
I really liked this heating pad, but ultimately stopped using it as the connector between the pad and the controls got REALLY hot, almost too hot to touch!The pad itself got hot quickly and had a very long 8-hour on cycle that I havenât found on any others that I have owned. If is a little odd though as they call out this should not be used when sleeping, so having an 8 hour on cycle is a little confusing to me, but Iâm assuming maybe someone sitting for long hours would appreciate this. The remote is a new one for me with heating pads. This is the first pad I have owned that had this feature. While I think it is a neat idea practically is just didnât make sense. The controls are literally right next to you and finding / using the remote takes more time than just using the corded control.Overall, I like the feature of this pad, but again the connector between it and the controls just got too hot for me to feel safe using it.

Pleased
I recently got the XL Heating Pad for back pain, and I couldnât be more pleased. Itâs large enough to cover my entire back, which has been such a relief for my muscle tension and period cramps. The 6 heat settings let me adjust to the perfect level of warmth, and I love the option for moist or dry heat â it really makes a difference for my sore muscles. Received someone else’s defective return. Gross.
Received someone else’s defective return. The plastic bag was stuffed into bottom of box, then product was stuffed in after. It is physically damaged from being improperly stuffed into box and now it won’t flatten out. And of course doesn’t even turn on.

Good size and a very nice cover.
I actually bought this item for cats! I have two ancient kitties who need all the help they can get. However, this is almost too nice for this purpose. It’s very nice quality and a good size…double the standard size heating pad from my time. Anyone that uses these for cats knows how you can go through them.What’s especially great about this is that BOTH cats can fit on it at the same time, and the cover is washable. The cord is nice and long and it has adjustable heat, along with a timer function that makes it handy for times when I know I will be leaving and I know I’ll forget and leave it on occasionally. Additionally, it doesn’t get as hot as most of the heating pads I’m familiar with, so I don’t have to worry as much about it if I do leave it on.I love the cover! It’s soft and has a very nice, calming color (a peachy pink). Cats really love the material. They love my fuzzy blankets and I won’t be to keep them off this! At least it will give me some breathing room. There is an included little remote, if that’s your thing. I have a box full of these and haven’t found them to be of much use because the bubbled buttons are hard to press and wear out very easily. However, it’s a very nice perk if you plan to use one. The connected controller for the pad is very classy. 5 thumbs up.
