This carrier is both stylish and comfortable for both the pet and the wearer.I love the additional zipped side access hole. The strap is nice and padded and doesn’t kill my shoulder.My guy was always too energetic to bring his out, Sometimes I am so tired to watch his safety all the time, But this sling carrier has a collar attachment to ensure his safety when he enters the sling. After he sits in this sling bag, he became very quiet and adorable!The storage design of this sling is also my favorite. Worked quit well for us and our dog while he was still a puppy. It kept him safe and near us. Well made and comfortable for us to carrie him. It has worn well and is still serviceable so we can donate it.

Perfect for my Toy Poodles!
I ended up buying two of these! One for my 15 yo Toy Poodle who has gradually become blind and gets frightened easily, but very much wants to continue to come and hike with us. She loves this carrier-sling and relaxes into it over my husbandâs shoulder resting on his chest as we hike. She is 6 1/2# and petite, but fits perfectly within the carrier. The other sling-carrier I bought for our new 3 month old Toy Poodle puppy who is pure adrenaline and exuberance! She is much too small to be on a leash at this point, and would be food for most everything with a beating heart, so this carrier over my shoulder secures and protects her 1# 10oz body, and I can stroke and calm her with my hand as we hike. Whoever designed these carriers understands the dynamics of dog and owner in the most intimate detail. Such an incredible find on Amazon. Really. Just a must!

Runs very small
The concept is a good idea but the actual product needs some work. I ordered Medium for my Toy Poodle and it is a very tight fit. Lenght and width are just not right. Thank God I went up a size or I couldn’t have even have fit her inside at all. I took her out right away it just felt cruel to have her in it. I gave it a 3 star it looks good but for actual use I wouldn’t even give it 1 star!

This is great for small dogs. For very small dogs just add some towels on the inside to prop them up. Be advised this carrier is not escape proof!
