Awesome pet stairs and customer service!!
I got these pet stairs for my senior kitty who has been having difficulty jumping like he use to and struggling to get to his favorite cap nap spot â the window perch bed. These stairs are awesome! They are large sized, and the steps are wide, maybe overkill for my cat but good for a bigger sized dog. The high-density foam material is soft yet supportive, making it gentle on joints and paws. The cover is washable, which is a huge plus for pet owners. And I love that you can use it in different combinations to suit your pets needs best. The tunnel at the base is a fun surprise! My younger kitty loves to run through it and hide inside waiting to pounce, making it a two-in-one productâstairs and a play area! They were easy to assemble, just open the bag and let the foam expand! It was easy to slide the board into the bottom of the tunnel for stability and zip the 2 pieces together. Now, these stairs provide my kitty with a safe and sturdy way to get to his cat perch and I donât have to worry about him jumping up and down and hurting himself. Plus, there was an issue on delivery with my first set and I reached out to the seller â They were quick to help me resolve my issue and had A+ customer service! Highly recommend!!

Good for our older dog with ACL issues — can still sleep w/his “owner” at night now!
My 8 yr old Lab mix has ACL issues (rear paw) but has always slept on my son’s bed since we got her. We noticed that jumping off the bed in the mornings seems to aggravate that joint, so wanted to find some ramp/stairs that helps her.She’s a rescue and so skittish about new things, but in seeing our other pup immediately understand use, she “got it” as well and is now going up and down the stairs easily enough.While it may seem expensive, it does appear to be quality material, soft enough and it’s not too obtrusive in the room — essentially takes up the same space as the donut bed we had on the floor for her to sleep on if unable to get up on my son’s bed. The gray is neutral and same color as our carpet, so it’s a good fit. Wasn’t an issue zipping the top section onto the base, and so it’s nice that you could opt for just the base, depending on the height of your bed. Ours is 24″ and so this total height of 22.4″ is fine.

Perfect for our kitten
I got these for our kitten. He is about eight weeks old. And even though he can launch himself from the couch or bed onto the floor, I think this might be just safer. It’s really easy to use you take it out of the box and it shrink wrapped so open the bag and then it grows and it’s ready to go you just need to slip in the particleboard into the bottom of the tunnel first stability But it doesn’t look like it’s absolutely necessary that step. And then you can zip the top two stairs onto the bottom three stairs if you needed to go higher for what I used it for I separated the two since he can just jump wherever he wants to go and I separated them, but that’s just me. I think the item is completely worth the price. It is very well made. I think it’ll be around for a long time. It does have an anti-slip bottom. Just perfect for what I needed it for. I will probably get another set or two.

perfect for dog and cat
I bought this for my pup because she is getting older, though I still call her my puppy. Getting up on the couch or our bed has become slightly tougher than before. Every 10th jump she stumbles. So when I got this I set it up right away, and it is so easy for her to use to go up and down the little steps. It’s not hard or bulky, so if you hit it with your foot, you won’t stub your toe. It is a bit wide but that’s also okay. The little tunnel is a great addition, my cat loves crawling through it and sitting in it. It works just as it should, my dog can go up and down the couch with ease. THe extra two steps on top can be removed so that it shorter or taller. I would recommend this to anyone with an older pet.

My review for COZY KISS Dog Stairs: They arrive in a vacuum sealed bag. It doesn’t take them long to regain their natural shape. They are a solid foam stair. The fabric covering is removable to laundering, which is a handy feature. I also like the detachable upper steps, to accommodate higher levels. The lower base has a wide platform, that can also be utilized as extra sitting space for your pet. (I have also used it as a foot rest) The little tunnel feature in the base is a cute idea, however, our chihuahuas and cat haven’t been interested in it, so far. I gave it 4/5 star rating, just for the price. It seems a bit on the higher end to me. otherwise, they are a good quality pet stairs.
