great for fidgety dogs
I like to keep my dogs’ ears pretty clean, some are worse than others, and some don’t really care for ear-cleaning day! I found that if I use something new – like these finger wipes – then it keeps them on their toes – they aren’t familiar with these, so I can get a good cleaning done before they realize what’s happening!I do like these, they are easy to use, easy to get into the little nooks and crannies, no smell – that i can notice, but I am sure my dogs are onto me now with these. They seem to be able to pick up a lot of the gunk, and it stays on the finger wipe, so nothing falls back into the ear.I have tried several “we love doodles” products, and have been happy with each one!

Easy to use, my index finger ring size is 9 and the wipe just fits
We live in a dusty area and my dog loves to dig so his ears get pretty dirty. Heâs not too keen on ear cleaning, but will tolerate it for a limited amount of time. Usually I use cotton swabs dipped in olive oil and it takes up to 10 cotton swabs per ear. I only put him through having his ears cleaned about once a month. I have heard of these finger ear wipes so I decided to give these We Love Doodles Ear Wipes a try to see if they would be any easier.It was easier, and took less time but I couldnât get into the tiny crevices with my fingertip and did end up using two cotton swabs for each ear. It took three wipes for each ear for my dog, his ears were pretty dirty.Iâve included some pictures to show the size of the ear wipes. These barely fit my index finger. I took a picture of the ear wipe lying flat and from inner seam to inner seam it is 1.25 inches so if you measure around your finger and it is right around 2.5 inches these should work for you. The material doesnât have hardly any stretch to it and it was a bit of a struggle to get the ear wipe all the way onto my finger.Four of the five images for the product show the ear wipe on the index finger with the ear wipe going down past the hand knuckle closer to the middle of the hand. One image has an accurate depiction of the size of these ear wipes – and also my experience was that the ear wipe covered my finger to the hand knuckle. Iâve included an image.I think the product could be more efficient if the ear wipes were shorter, covering just to the second knuckle since only the first inch or so of the finger ear wipe is being used.After I used the ear wipes to clean both his ears I decided to look at the ingredients. The first ingredient is Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, and I found mixed reviews with regard to safety ratings. I should have looked at the ingredients first since my dog is prone to allergies! I did watch for a reaction and checked his ears the next day, finding that they had a bit of discharge but no redness. The product images say to use one to two times daily but I think that would be excessive. His ears looked normal the following day.I found the wipes to be excessively wet, so I squeezed them a bit to get some of the liquid off, I was concerned the liquid would drip into his ear. Also they are so cold straight from the container so I let the warmth of my finger heat them up a bit before sticking them into my dogâs ear as I donât think that would have been too pleasant. It is winter here and around 66°F in my home so this would be less of an issue in a warmer time of year or if I kept it warmer in the house. I received these in January 2025 and the date on the container has the numbers 24.06.26. Perfect for frequent ear cleaning
We have Shar-Pei, and they are notorious for ear infections, so it’s important we keep their ears as clean as possible.These wipes are a life saver. Easy to use and leave a fresh scent. You can almost pass off the cleaning as a good head scratch, avoiding any struggles. Great product.

Not sure but my dog likes it
First time wiping and cleaning my dog’s ears so I can’t tell if this is really cleaning or his ears aren’t that dirty because the wipes are only slightly brown when finished. Anyways, the wipes are well soaked but not drenched so no worries about dripping or dry wipes. Wipes should fit most/the average finger. The best thing is the fact that this is the first type of grooming my dog likes.

Absolutely Great!
These Doodles Dog Ear Wipes are so nice and easy to use. They work absolutely great! They cleaned my dogs ears so well because of the finger wrap design that get into every nook and cranny as you clean. I actually used thin latex gloves under them to protect my hands though because I’m not so sure about the ingredients on my fingers all the time, and then I placed the wipes over the gloved finger I used to clean the dogs ears (a different wipe for each ear of course). But they did the scrub job and cleaned really well, and my dog was happy. : )

Great design and formula
These are very gentle and do not irritate my dog’s ears. The formula is effective and it adequately gets all the wax out. I only wish they were a little bit thicker. It seems that I need to use 2 or 3 on each ear, however, I have a large eared breed so that could be part of it as well.

So much easier to clean the dogs ears with these…one of them was afraid of it on my finger at first, but he got over it once I got in his ear, he loved it, lol!!! Broke down the wax build up and cleaned them up nice!!!

Great for My Pit Bullâs Dirty Ears!
Used these wipes for my pit bullâs dirty earsâhe was a bit scared at first, but he let me clean them. Theyâre gentle, easy to use, and do a great job of removing dirt while keeping his ears fresh. Definitely a must-have for grooming!
