This one saved us and the dog
Our dog lost completely sensation and usage of his hind legs suddenly. Our dog is on the cusp of a large and like using a large because its easier to get his legs through. A little cumbersome, but I really like support the hind legs and easier to help him up and downstairs.Must have for Walkin Wheels because it gives added support and allows me to hook him up by myself to the wheels. Dog is 70lb mixed shepard

A little too big for our dog
Our large Toy Poodle was in her last days after 18+years. She had lost a lot of weight but was still eating and wanted to walk.Since the harness was too big my wife improvised it to use it under her belly so that our dog could walk on her front legs while her hind legs were off the ground. This worked and our dog enjoyed being out in the yard.

Can I give zero stars?
Poor fit. Dog slid backwards right out. Leg sizing ok but the rest of it is wrong and straps are in the wrong spot. Dog just tips backward and plops out. Not good.

Great for a dog with Degenerative Myelopathy
My 14 yo corgi was recently diagnosed with DM, and this “hiney hammock” has been a lifesaver! Keeps her mobile, our walks are longer and longer each day, and a good bicep workout for the owner! Try this before giving in to a wheelchair

Watch sizing!
I had purchased and the returned. If you have a dog that needs help standing up to put this harness on it is extremely hard to put on, padding is minimal and the spacing between the legs made my dog cross hers.
