Great brand and love this powder
First of all, I love this brand. Theyâre high quality and offer so many options that my cat and dog both love the taste of. I use this stuff for both their meals if Iâm making my own. I put it in a cup and add warm water then mix with their regular food to ensure theyâre getting proper nutrition.Thereâs no weird smell with this and you can add as much or as little water as you want. I usually make it into a gravy-type consistency and pour over their food. I add extra water on top afterwards and both my cat and dog lick all the water because it tastes like this stuff, which is HUGE for staying hydrated.

The topper adds a tasty boost to his kibble, and we use this alongside other additions like pumpkin topper, skin and coat oil supplement, and water.If your dog is new to freeze-dried toppers, you might want to start with smaller amounts to help them adjust. Helps our picky eater
Our older dog has never really liked food, itâs always been a struggle to get him to eat. Adding a little bit of this & salmon oil really helps. Bit pricey, but the quality seems really good.

The smell was great. Easy to put over your dog food as a great topper. The value for money I think the size could be a little bit better. Nutrition value is good. However, it didnât really work out for my pup no matter how much I gradually try to eat him in to eating it, he always ended up with diarrhea. Unto the next

We use it daily
My 10 year old pup is stubborn. He will not eat his food unless we’ve added a little of this on top of it. He loves the way it tastes and it’s an easy way to add to his food. It doesn’t smell great, but hey what dog food does?!

Protein boost
I used the chicken protein mix in to help beef up my dog. She just recovered from having puppies, no longer is nursing, and needed to gain some weight. Those puppies took a lot out of her. I added about a spoonful, sprinkled in all over her food, and she dug right in! She isn’t too picky about her food, she doesn’t always finish it though, which is fair, since I am feeding her a lot to help her gain weight. She finished the whole bowl. Licked it clean, and asked for more. When I say “asked for more” I mean she went to lay down, got up a few minutes later, and licked the bowl again. She never does that, unless I just gave her something REALLY good. After feeding her a whole bag, over the span of a few weeks, she really began to look and feel healthy again! She has a perfect body condition now, with a body condition score of 5. Right where I want her. Will purchase again!

One dog and one cat do find with this stuff. One dog and one cat and up with horrible different. It smells absolutely horrible, which I would expect. The quality seems great and I know it’s super healthy but it’s way more expensive.
