This is not 2 heating pads.
Every thing about the post suggests you’re getting a set of 2 heating pads. Apparently the 2nd piece in the set is the cover? Which is not a true cover, but a cloth you lay over the pad that does not even cover the entire thing. Really having trouble understanding how that counts as the second piece here when it’s apparently a necessary part of the heating pad. The heating pad itself seems nice enough but absolutely would not have paid that price had it been clear that this was not a set of 2 heating pads.

Small pad. Short cord. Definitely just could be made better. My cat doesn’t choose to lay on it which tells me it’s not that great.

It is only barely warm at all at any setting
This is not a 2 count item. It is a single item with two parts.This is very cute design, gray with little black footprints. The included blanket is very soft gray fleece with multicolor pawprints. It coordinates with the heating pad and is large enough to cover it.The controller lights up but the heating pad barely heats at all. It’s not merely slow to heat, it doesn’t heat except a tiny bit. It doesn’t function properly. The heating pad can be wiped clean and the blanket is machine washable and dryable but none if that matters because the heating pad doesn’t heat.Obviously the item I was shipped is poor quality because it doesn’t really heat.
