We love our Huskies, Nova & Ranger, but hate their hair! After years of being frustrated with their hair consuming our lives, we finally decided to take matters into our own hands to build pet hair cleaning products that actually work!
Most pet brushes come with bristles. Bristles are soft and with even just a minute amount of pressure will bend. This results in them being unable to pull out any embedded hair from the fabrics because they simply bend over the hair. The Uproot Cleaners come with a metal edge with special grooving, engineered specifically to trap even the most embedded hair without damaging the fabric.

great pet cleaning gloves for ‘special occasions’
I was pleasantly surprised by these cleaning gloves. Opening the package and pulling one out, I was impressed by the relative thickness of the material, the amount of moisture it retained (likely due to the thickness), and the overall size of the gloves. Seriously, these are like Mickey Mouse’s gloves, even on my large hands. …very substantial and generously sized.I didn’t really notice any sort of scent from them, and my dog didn’t seem to mind either. He wasn’t particularly dirty, but I wanted to do a trial use before potentially needing them for heavy duty use in the future. One glove stayed moist long enough to cover his entire body, including legs and paws. (He’s a dachshund, so larger dogs obviously may require more than one.) He’s a short-haired, so while initially pretty moist, he dried off quickly. Afterwards, I caught him licking the top of his paws a bit. It’s the next day as I write this, and I haven’t noticed him having any adverse effects, so lick-safe seems to be accurate for these.The gloves are a bit pricy, so I wouldn’t recommend them for daily or even regular use. But something to have on hand for ‘special occasions’, or especially when traveling or away from home, I can see these really coming in handy. I’d definitely recommend these gloves, without hesitation. A worthwhile investment for your pet.

Good Option to Clean Your Cat
We have had to bathe some of our cats in the past, but those are not pleasant memories. As long as your pet can keep itself fairly well groomed these glove wipes are a good option. Our cats accept this type of bath just fine and they do come out cleaner and shed less after my wife uses one of the wipes. They come in a resealable plastic pouch. They are big enough to fit large hands. They come out of the package wet, but not dripping wet. Although the label has quite a list of ingredients, we cannot detect any scent from them. At $2.00 apiece, they are a bit pricey . . . and the package instructions recommend using 2 for a small pet and 4 for a larger pet. Given the cost, I expect that we will use one of these occasionally, but not very frequently.These are excellent glove wipes, but costly.

Another great Uproot product!
I’ve been a big fan of the Uproot pet hair removal tool, and so any time they come out with a new product, I jump at the chance to try it. Both of my dogs are big babies who can’t be groomed and refuse to go near water, so this product is perfect. It lets me get them clean(ish) and keep them smelling decent even though I can’t scrub them down with shampoo. It gets a lot of dirt off of them, and the glove shape is so much easier to use than a regular dog wipe.

Use for cats and dog!
We were surprised how much the cats love these. They are indoor cats with access to enclosed pool area.We use the wipes on our kids dog Winston when heâs over. The cats were watching and came over to see what I was doing. I started rubbing their backs with the wipes, now they demand it every time they see us use them on Winston.

These gloves are oversized to truly be one-size fits all. For puppers it just feels like you are loving them. No water so no water anxiety just joy because you are loving your dog. They do have a slight medicinal smell, dogs don’t notice or don’t seem to mind the smell. I highly highly recommend these grooming gloves, your puppers will love you more.

better than average, but packaging is disappointing
Uproot Clean Glove Wipes Pro are $2 each, which seems somewhat expensive. They are good quality – the oversized gloves are thick and have a bumpy textured surface that captures more dirt than a smooth surface. When you dry the fur with a paper towel, you will also get some more dirt off. The thick non-woven fabric holds a lot of moisture and I cleaned two cats with it. The packaging was disappointing. The wipes are not individually wrapped and everything is in a non-resealable bag. You need to use a big clip to shut the pouch, or put it inside a plastic bag to prevent messes or drying out.In summary: This is a very good product, but expensive. The packaging is disappointing.
