High Quality & Great Design
This dog coat is a great value! The design is easy to put on and take off. It has good coverage. The straps and buckles are substantial and feel like they will last. The fabric is light weight but nicely insulated. It is well sewn. I ordered 3 different jackets for my dog across price points (105, 65 and 29 dollars) – the Tuff Pupper jacket is the best fitting and best design of all 3, while also being the most affordable. Size info: My dog weighs 50lbs, his neck measures 17 inches around, his chest is 27 inches around and he is 24 inches long down his back. He is slender with a deep chest and long legs. The medium jacket fits him just about perfectly. The straps allow for a custom fit. There is plenty of room under the jacket for his harness and there is a zippered opening on the back of the jacket to access the harness clip for his leash. This jacket is a great buy and I would definitely recommend it.

Finally, a great fit.
A quality, well designed and made coats that fits. My black lab is 55 lbs, she is sleek and athletic. She needs a coat that fits her chest and length, without being too big around the neck. True to size chart. Easy to put on and take off. Windproof, waterproof and warm, but not heavy. Best choice.

Secure and Comfy Fit
Quick and easy pulled on. Adjustable clips for a snug and comfortable fit. Perfect thickness to not limit the dog but to keep warm and dry. Machine washable but easily wiped off too. Value for the money for sure!

VERY IMPRESSED!
This Tuff Pupper coat amazed me with quality! I would expect to pay $50 for this level of quality. I’m impressed! The waterproof material is truly waterproof, rain drops roll right off, and its heavier duty, not likely to rip. Blocks wind well. It’s a mid-weight coat great for fall, winter, and spring. The buckles on the sides will last so much longer than cheaper velcro coats. Love the chest coverage, it helps keep his chest warm and clean. The v-neck has a triangle of elastic for added comfort. The bright red color and reflective stripes are great for visibility. There’s only two disadvantages. There’s not much rib/side coverage. I was aware of this possibility when purchasing it but had planned on my dog wearing a fleece sweater under the Tuff Pupper coat to keep his sides warm but…and this brings us to the second disadvantage…we bought the largest size and it fits but the neck is snug so there’s not enough room for a fleece sweater to be warn underneath. Two or three more larger sizes would be amazing to accommodate bigger breeds. It is so extremely difficult to find coats for big dogs! This coat fits good enough, it is great quality, good price, has the chest coverage and buckles we were looking for, so we’ll deal with the lack of rib coverage and snug neck. There’s an elastic loop that goes over the tail to hold the rear of the coat down when it’s windy but my dog has never been a fan of that feature on coats. This coat is heavy enough to stay down on its own so we’ll be cutting the loop off. It’s nice to have that feature as an option but we prefer leg loops instead of a tail loop.I recommend this coat, especially for deep chested breeds.Tuff Pupper, please sell some larger sizes. Big dogs get cold too.

Let it Snow!
I just couldn’t be happier with this dog coat. It is beautifully made and very sturdy. In fact, I would have expected to pay much more for the craftsmanship alone! It fits my very tall & lean Mini Bernedoodle (that’s not so “mini” at 50 lbs) perfectly. It took a bit of adjusting but it’s perfect! The length covers her entire butt-end, and the girth is easily tightened to fit her leaner mid-section. Typically I would have purchased a medium, but I’m really glad I got the large, if for no other reason than the length. She’ll wear this all Fall & Winter as we live in snow country.

Thoughtfully designed and comfortable dog coat
After searching through hundreds of dog coat options, I thankfully found the Tuff Pupper Winter Dog Coat. I love that the material is actually “real” jacket material, as in something you would find on a jacket made for humans. The fabric is relatively quiet and doesn’t make crinkly or swishing sounds. The zipper opening on the back is very nice and makes it easy to clip his Tuff Pupper leash to his harness. The adjustable buckles that connect the chest part to the back are very nice to have. My dog is an American Staffordshire Terrier Mix that is 24″ tall at the shoulder and weighs 65lbs. I bought the large and it is “slightly” too big around the chest, but I love that his entire back is covered. A medium would probably have worked, but I am happy with the large. The adjustable straps make it work great. The stitching is well done and overall, I can tell this coat will last a long time. One thing I don’t like is the elastic loop to go around his tail. I haven’t used it, and think it would bother him to have something like that around his tail and that close to his rear end. The coat stays in place just fine without using the loop. I plan to cut the loop off.Now that I own the coat and leash from Tuff Pupper, I can say that I am a fan of their products. They are well made, and stand up to the rough and tough AmStaff shenanigans!

Very good jacket for rainy and cold days
My doodle weighs abt 65lbs, a bit longer (and probably taller too ) than a lab in size. Brought the XL and it fits very well. I show photos of the front, back and top down. I marked in the photo what i like the most abt this jacket. Tried several times in rainy days. Wet outside but dry inside. She likes to be walked, rain or shine. So, this jacket helps a lot. Now i don’t feel guilty carrying an umbrella myself while she is walking in the rain. I wish they made a summer version (a lighter one) that i could use in the summer. But my hubby said in summer time, she wouldn’t need it coz she is half Labrador (meaning labs love water).

Nice fit
Nice fit for my pup, nice and soft and seems insulated without being thick and in the way. Very large zipper area for the harness, which I appreciate – no messing about to hook the leash to the harness clip. Also super cute.
