The Treatoi Automatic Dispenser is powered with a C-type cable and must be plugged in for use. Adaptors are not included with the product.
Q.Is one dispenser enough for a multi-pet family?
Since Treatoi only dispenses 1 ball at every interval, we recommend having one dispenser per pet.
Can I keep the dispenser on the ground?
When the dispenser is in the reach of our furry friends, there is a high chance that they will reach inside and/or stay put in front of the dispenser. We recommend using the dispenser from a table or shelf above the height of your furry friend.

My chubby cats are running
First few days, my cats were scared&curious about it, now they are waiting in front of the machine. I should put the thing to not touchable area since one of my cat tried to put his hand into the machine. Glad that last month our vet said cats need to control the weight lol… My snowshoe obsessed with the silicone ball.

Order this Pepsi twice and The only great thing about this product was the packaging. However when I tried contacting the seller due to missing accessories i was never contacted. So had to return toy back twice.

My dog loves this product. She waits for ball to drop out of it & when it does she excitedly goes for it. She does not put it down. Sheâs bout 8 yrs old & it gets her juices flowing again. She thinks sheâs a pup. Her tail wags non stop. Well worth it. 6 months later & my dog still loves it.

This treat dispenser came with four treat balls and none of the other toys i.e. rag and cloth for tug of war, mini-bell, and LED ball were included which is a bummer. I did dock stars for that.This device us easy to operate but does need to be plugged in to operate. It has options to dispense the treat balls at different intervals. My dogs love it when the treat balls pop out.I have two small dogs and they both like the treat balls. I wish there was an option to dispense two balls at a time but I did read in the posting for this product that they recommend buying an additional dispenser if you have a second dog.
