    Senior cat loves it!
This stuff is a cat fountain of youth, I swear! My senior cat was very sick last year with a kitty cold and lost a ton of weight when she wouldn’t eat (she couldn’t smell anything and was very congested). This was one of the things I think that saved her life. She doesn’t get them daily, but the improvement in her is unbelievable! Her fur is better, she gained weight back fairly quickly and her muscle tone is like she was years ago. Her energy is through the roof and she has even caught a couple of mice for us, something she wouldn’t have done last year for sure.Product texture is a thicker squeezy treat and there isn’t that much in a packet but it definitely makes a difference. I think it could be blended with electrolyte solution or broth for a very picky senior cat or anyone in critical care. We did both at various points and she took right to it.

    Fussy or refusing to eat?!
I originally found these when my ole man cat was diagnosed with IBD he needed calories but couldn’t tolerate a lot of food. He loved it.Fast forward to now I have a cat that is so fussy, picky and behavioral that at times will just refuse to eat. These kept her eating. I add them now to her meal for added calories to keep her weight up.

My very old Kitty loves them!
I have a very old tabby cat who needs every bit of extra nutrition he can get so he gets first and second breakfast, supper, and then a squeezy night snack or two. I use this for squeezy night snack #2. Kitty always gobbles it up. The smell and appearance tell me it’s true to the good ingredients on the label and I feel good that my old guy gets that extra bit of concentrated nutrition this stuff provides.

    My cat loves these
I recently bought these for my senior kitty who can be picky. She smelled these for awhile before trying a bite and then was almost attacking the package to get more out. These were a little thicker than the Churu brand which made it a little harder for her to eat, but I think some of that is just her being not the brightest crayon in the box. Once she figured out to take bites vs relying on licking, she was fine. She has not had an intestinal issues from these.I was happy with the lack of smell when I opened the package. Overall, my cat and I are very happy with this purchase.

    Cat doesn’t like it
I got this for my very old cat to supplement her food. If she eats any, it is not much. There is not much in a packet, but it seems like good ingredients..

    Tiki Cat rocks
We are fostering several litters of kittens and some adult cats. All of them like the tiki cat foods. We have tried Kitten and adult, canned wet food, and this was purchased to add calories for a cat who was underweight and under nourished. This is a very oily Substance, however, it seems to do the trick. They like the taste of it. It adds fats and was easy to add to a mixture that was fed through a tube. So, in other words, it works in all cases and seem to be of high-quality.Highly recommend this and all the tiki cat products we’ve tried.

Not all of my cats liked the flavor and consistency, but it’s not bad.
Most of my cats enjoyed the flavor, but the texture was rather thick and my cats typically prefer more of a liquid consistency, especially since they are older and are missing teeth. The price was a bit expensive as well considering the small amount that they give you.

    Worth It
My cat is on a low phosphorus diet, and these work with his diet. It’s a supplement, so it’s not intended as a meal. I’ve had to cut back on his kibble, so this helps keep him at a good weight. They came in handy too driving across country when he was stressed and not eating normally. He loves them, and I knew he would at least eat these to get calories and moisture.I’ve also shared them with my parent who has two aged and ailing kitties. I believe it has helped with their weight and appetite since I started giving them these once a day. Again, just as a supplement. They can be a little more finicky though. Some days they chow it down, and others, they turn up their noses. But that seems to be with any food. Overall, I think these are very useful as a calorie supplement for senior kitties, and they fall within the good range for my kitty’s low phosphorus diet.
