Nice dog supplement
I’ve used this product for a while (since it was called BioCardio) and find it easy to use. I much prefer the powder to the version that comes as treats (which my dog doesn’t much care for).

Dog will refuse to eat
I use Thorneâs supplements for myself so I was excited to see they made pet supplements. Trying to steer away from cosequin we tried the heart health supplement and the joint supplement and my dog absolutely refused to eat her food when it was mixed with it. We tried mixing it with peanut butter and that didnât work. Tried adding a little water to it and then mixing it with a combo of wet and dry food and she still would not eat it. Call me crazy but I decided to taste a small amount of the supplement myself to see if I could notice anything and weâll it tasted terrible and if a dog can smell the way it tasted to me I would also stay away from it. I shouldâve listened to all the other reviews. Save your money and find a different option. Iâm sure it works but the problem is your dog will most likely refuse to eat it. And no return policy so definitely donât waste the money.

So disappointed
I’ve used this product for some time now. My dog did fine with the capsules and they changed to the chew. She wasn’t crazy about it but would eat them in her dinner. Now the last two orders I’ve received were moldy and gross. I’m sad this brand seems to be going downhilll as they used to be a trusted name for pet supplements.

five cats won’t touch this treat
One of my cats has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and my veterinarian recommended a heart supplement. Unfortunately, there’s no way Thorne made an honest effort to make this product palatable for cats. To my human nose there’s a strong smell of “barbecue”. Not only has the patient refused to eat the treat I offered, I left it out available for her four house-mates overnight. In the morning, no takers. What a disappointment.
