Great for a baby!
I got this for my three month old baby. I got her six year old brother the big hippo (he’s obsessed). People do need to realise that this hippo is *tiny*. Right about 7.5″ long, not much longer then your standard nail file. That said, it’s perfect for my baby! It has some weight to it – not much, literally a couple oz. But it’s perfect for my little one to grasp and chew on and such. I like to warm it and hand it to her after putting her in her carseat. It takes about 20seconds in my microwave, the instructions recommend 10seconds, but my microwave is really tiny and not super high powered. Once heated, I scrunch the grains about a little to distribute the heat, it helps. I really like that the outer is cotton. Given its going to be chewed on, I prefer that to polyester. The arms, legs and head are stuffed with what I assume is polyester fiberfill, the body has the corn grains, and the ears and tail have no stuffing. Because this was going to a baby, I washed it per the instructions. First with a wet soapy cloth, then washed off the soap with a cloth that was wet with water only. Then hung it near our woodstove to dry. I got it quite wet, without soaking it, so the corn stayed dry. It was pretty effective and simple enough. Obviously I’d prefer I could put it in my machine in a mesh bag because, easy. But I don’t mind the handwashing, either. I also love the texture of the fabric, it feels like a soft cotton towel (it’s not plush like regular polyester stuffys). It’ll be a great texture when my girl starts teething. I also love that I can freeze it. It’ll be great to do that in summer when it’s super hot out! Or when someone has a bump. Pictures are of my six year holding both dolls, and the small one with a measuring tape for reference on size. Overall, I think this purchase is fantastic. And it really is a wonderful size for my baby. I also love that she and my son get to match! So cute!

When you don’t feel good, or have some aches and pains, what is better than an adorable friend that helps you feel better? I got this for my adult daughter and she loves it. I wish I’d had something like this when my kids were still little. Being able to be comforted by a sweet little friend would have helped in calming them down when they didn’t feel well. It is adorable, easy to use and would be fun for a child to play with when not being used as a hot/cold pack.

Wonderful for ear infections!
When this first came in I was disappointed because it was so small….Then my 3 yo got a terrible double ear infection. This little guy in the microwave for 10 seconds brought her incredible comfort and was the perfect size for her to sleep with tucked in next to her ear without getting her feverish body too hot. She woke up multiple times each night asking to heat up her bear.Definitely a must have for kiddos with frequent ear infections.

A little too small, but still ok
Sweet little bunny, but the size makes it not very effective. I definitely didnât expect it to warm up much or hold heat super long, so itâs not very surprising that is doesnât. Itâs also a little too small to hold enough of the dried corn to do anything, so itâs pretty firm and crunchy feeling since it needs to really be packed in there. Warming plush arenât really something that scales down very easily while maintaining effectiveness, so itâs understandable overall.Regardless, itâs a very cute little plush and the price isnât bad for a stuffed animal this size (which is actually a few inches smaller than expected, but Iâm ok with that). I mostly bought it to see how I liked the construction and the feel of the terrycloth before paying 20 for the larger version, and itâs made well enough that I probably will buy the full sized one in the future.This one wouldnât be bad as a little hand warmer or something, just donât expect it to get very warm or hold heat for long.

The texture of the rabbit feels like an old wash cloth. Itâs been giving us tons of plastic slicers because the packaging. Absolutely would not recommend I would give it zero stars if I could. Not worth your money
