Life “sleep” saver!
My boyfriend and I raised kittens this past summer, no more than a week old. We were so scared of them getting cold that I made re-heatable socks of lentils, rookie mistake. They burned and we had to toss them after the third or fourth night. Which wasn’t bad – they were reheated every three to four hours to keep them warm. But we needed a replacement.The disk is thick enough to be heated up for five minutes and would keep warm for 7+ hours. (Check your microwave wattage!) Absolutely worth the money!No leakage so far but we haven’t had to use it in months; the kittens are big enough that they can keep their own body temp just fine. Durable, considering we microwaved this sucker twice a day, everyday, for over four months. Might have to give the kittens something warm to lie with again. No smell! The lentils burned so bad it stunk up the room. Never again.

Awesome Product
This product does exactly what it says it does! It stays warm for 10 hours. It took a good while before my cat would have anything to do with it. It works so well that I have ordered another one. It is well worth the cost which I think is reasonable and it is so easy to use.

My 15-year old cat just loves her Snugglesafe. I put it in a flannel pillowcase in her cat bed every night. The house gets cold at night. but she is enjoying the warmth. Great product.

Wonderful Product
I very rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to with this product. We are trying to rehab a cat who refuses to come into the house, but will hang out in the garage. When the winter arrived we explored solutions to help keep him warm but ultimately didn’t feel safe with many of the options. I purchased this to see how it would work. It is advertised to stay warm up to 10 hours, however it stays warm closer to 15-16 hours. Like I said this is in our cold garage. It is wrapped in its cover it came with, as well as another blanket surrounding it. The cat is snuggled on this 24/7 and we feel much better about it.

I have three of these now. One for my dog’s bed while we’re at work. Gives him a warm place to lay on and it’s still warm nine hours later. A second I have to keep things in my car from freezing. This one gets cold a lot faster as it’s not in an insulated container so heat is sucked away. The third I bought to place under my chicken’s water container. It will be on a wooden stand with insulation on the sides and bottom to the heat can only go up into the container. It should be enough to keep the water from freezing during the day while we’re at work. When below freezing the container will be brought in, and filled with warm water in the morning when I put it out. It takes a long time to freeze a few gallons of water and this should be enough to make sure it doesn’t happen. Especially the outer rim where its shallow and where the birds drink from. That’s my hope anyway, I’ll see when it gets below freezing.The instructions have a discrepancy though. The times on the sticker and in the instruction sheet are different than the time on the chart on the packaging. It’s only for one wattage of microwaves. I go by the shorter time on the sheet and sticker and it seems to be fine.

So useful in so many ways
I bought a new Snugglesafe even though I still have four or five that I still use from 20 or so years ago. My indoor cats use them, my husband uses them in bed, I use them in bed, I’ve used them to keep food warm for feral cats, etc. etc. They’re washable, sturdy, and when enclosed the heat lasts a long time. A very useful product.

We’ve had one of these for over 10 years and it worked perfectly but recently inherited a geriatric cat that requires constant heat, so I bought another one to alternate. This heats quickly and last over 10 hours. It’s perfect for an older cat under a blanket. Just a great product. I do not overheat it and it’s been reliable and lasts. Would not hesitate to buy again and again. This one comes with a removeable cover, which is good, but I wrap it in a blanket for softness and protection (just in case ) because the cat has thin fur and I don’t want to burn her.

Easy source of warmth
If nothing else, this little gem is inspiring me to clean my microwave frequently so I can warm up the “frisbee.” I basically bought this to place in the carrier when I have to take one of my little dears to the vet on a cold morning and I think it should be helpful. One suggestion I would make, maybe not to alter this product but to make an additional product, and that would be a warming device in the form of a teddy bear. Something warm, but also soft and snuggly so the kitties could actually enjoy curling up against it. The dinner plate just doesn’t lend itself to cuddling so only part of the body is warmed when in use. Just an idea.

So….bought this to put in an outdoor cat bed, for a feral cat.He will have none of it, and would not sit in the bed with this inside.BUT – it is such a neat little disc, holds heat well – now it is for ME!If house is feeling a bit cool, I put it behind me in my chair, or on my lap. Can go to an outdoor event, and keep it on my back or lap, and it provides warmth for a long time. Also nice to warm up sheets for toasty feet, etc.BUTâ¦. bought this item in December 2024 for $37.99, and now it is $49.99. What??

Bouillotte pour chats qui restent dehors jour et nuit.Le temps de chauffe est indiqué sur la bouillotte en fonction de la puissance du micro-ondes. Pas besoin de garder la notice pour savoir combien de minutes il faut mettre dans le micro-ondes.Le plastique est dur donc le chat ne peux pas le percer avec ses griffes.La housse est très fine donc cela reste très dur mais en même temps c’est une bouillotte et pas un coussin. Le chat ne risque pas de se brûler car on peut tenir la bouillotte dans les mains sans problème. Je dirais que la bouillotte reste chaude plusieurs heures mais pas une nuit complète.Les chats se mettent dessus sans problème.Dans l’ensemble je trouve que c’est un bon achat.
