Installation & Clean Instructions
Step1. Surface Preparation
Make sure surface is clean,dry,smooth and above 40°FRepair or replace any damaged or broken surfaceRemove chipped,cracked or peeled paint from surfaceStrip waxed floors prior to washingUse appropriate cleaner or solvent to clean surface(details in the brochure-User Guide )
Step2. Peel
Peel protective liner back about 50mm from one end and position piece on surface.
Step3. Press
Continue to remove liner.Press firmly in place as liner is removed. Finally,press into firm contact with surface using a rubber hand roller by starting in middle and rolling out towards edges.

Stair treads
we bought these stair treads because our father kept slipping on the wooden floor stairs now he doesnât have any problem going down the stairs. Itâs really a lifesaver so easy to put down and they stay down good quality and reasonable.

Non Slip Grip Tape
The-Dark Stripe Heavy Duty Anti Slip Tape arrived promptly and was well packaged. I was very impressed with the products easy application. The The-Dark Stripe Heavy Duty Anti Slip Tape was slightly larger than the decking boards used for my mom’s handicap ramp. The tape is 6×24″ and a typical decking board is 5.5″. Therefore, I could either trim the tape, wrap around the decking or place on two decking boards. I chose to place the tape across two boards. This leaving a quarter inch of the tape exposed. Hopefully the gap between the decking will not affect the tapes adhesive structure. The tapes have a professional appearance and the non skid material is exceptional. I only used two of the strips as a test. If the adhesive holds well I will use the remainder and possibly order more. The color and application of the tape exceeded my expectations.

True slip prevention
Easy to install & look good. If inside be careful if wearing socks because your socks can get hung up for a second on the surface. After a few weeks this is not a problem but they do hang on to lint. Overall, glad we have them. Donât worry about slipping on the concrete stairs anymore.

My husband put these down on the garage stairs leading into our house as our steps were quite slippery and I had a fall one morning heading to work lol. These work great and also are glow in the dark which is an added benefit. No more falls since these have been in place!

They don’t stick to deck
They looked great when delivered. I cleaned and sanded the wooden steps of the deck. I applied the treads and held them firmly for 30 seconds. It was dry and 70 degrees outside. Two days later it rained. The two of the treads came loose with our 50 lb dog ran up and slid because it was loose. A few days later two more came loose. The last one is there, but if you are not careful, it will move. I guess I just didn’t want to pull the last one up. The tread is good. The mastic is cheap. Spend the money and get a better adhesive product.

Unstable in bad weather
I bought these for my out door steps which can become slippery when wet. I cleaned the steps throughly and let them dry for a few days in the hot summer sun. I then put the strips on. They seemed to stick well and I was pleased. However, we got a few days of heavy rain a few weeks later. The strips bubbled in spots allowing water to get underneath lifting the rest of strip. 2 out of 4 are still secure and 2 came loose. Not sure if I would recommend outdoor unless you secure them with staples or nails which I will have to do. I saw another review where they experienced the same issue
