Helpful
This is an inexpensive way to help any person who uses their hands to do detail work. After awhile, the fingers and wrist get worn and this heat helps soothe the discomfort. Itâs a plug in vs charging, but thatâs ok. I like this aid for tired fingers or carpal tunnel feel of the hand.

Can’t move around while in use
this is actually pretty cool. It does take a minute to warm up. I don’t like being stuck in one spot though. Otherwise its comfortable, decent price, warms up enough to give some relief from pain. I would buy if you are sedentary.

Weird shape and inaccurate size
I bought the largest size, and it is way too small. It is awkwardly shaped and sized, so it does not fit like the product photo at all. I have normal sized hands. These should fit without hurting.

This is good product and heats pretty high temp too. But its slightly more on some areas than others.

Not hot enough
wraps good around wrist. but the heat (even at highest setting) is very low. Almost feels like it can barely heat anything. THere needs to be a level higher than high

Reviewing sticro Wrist & Thumb Heating Pad, I fell hard a few years ago and used my hand to break my fall. Because of that, I have occasional pain in my thumb joint. Since I work on the computer all day, it gets inflamed and irritated frequently. I have a hand compressor/heat machine that I use occasionally, but I canât do anything with my hand while Iâm using it because itâs a stationary machine, and it doesnât heat up enough to help soothe my hand on the bad days.I saw this and thought it would be perfect to use while Iâm working when my thumb starts bothering me. I used the size chart to pick a size. My wrist is exactly 6.5â (not the narrowest part at the base of my hand, but just below that at the slightly wider part. I ordered the S/M & it fits well. Maybe a little big, but not too bad.It comes with a power adapter and needs plugged in to work. It would be better if it were rechargeable, but then youâd have to carry around a battery pack, which wouldnât be too comfortable. You can control the heat level (Hi, Medium, Low) so it can be set to whatever temp is most comfortable for you (Hi is very hot) and it has a built-in timer, so you donât have to keep track of how long youâve been wearing it. Itâs easy to put on also, which is a bonus.

Too bulky for thin hands
My husband and I are tall, both around 6 feet tall, so we don’t have small hands but we both found this heating brace to be too bulky. It didn’t provide any support and since it was so bulky it didn’t actually make very good contact with our skin to actually heat our thumbs. Maybe it could be great if you have really big hands but for our average sized hands it’s a pass for us.
