My cat inhales his food.This bowl does the job. It really does slow him down. Itâs sturdy with such a cute design. Itâs easy to wash and the size of the bowl is perfect!! The height of the bowl also helps my cat eat which Iâve researched is best for your cat health. Overall a great purchase!!

Such a cute and practical bowl, great quality, easy to clean and my scarf and barf cat has vomited significantly less since purchasing, one thing I was worried about was getting one that was to difficult that he would stop eating from it but my cat has done really well with it and it slows him down enough without him getting frustrated. My other cat who doesnât need one even likes it so I will be purchasing another

Itâs the only bowl weâve tried that actually slows them down enough to prevent the dreaded post-meal puke. ð Plus, it doesnât flare up their chin acne, which has been an issue with other feeders.My only complaint is that I wish the divots were deeperâit doesnât hold as much food as Iâd like at one time. I donât leave reviews much but I had to for this product. We have two cats; one is around 8 months old and the other is about 8 years old. Our 8 year old cat needs to eat on a slow feeder since he will scarf his food down and then just throw up. We used to use licki mats which were fine, but then our youngest started eating and chewing the mat. Since heâs still teething it seems, I wanted something that isnât silicon but needed it to work for wet food. This design is perfectâitâs a large surface, raised from the ground, is ceramic, and doesnât confine their face when they eat (like food bowls; the walls touch their whiskers and can cause distress). Since itâs raised and slightly tilted, it helps them better digest and reduces neck strain too. This is very thoughtfully designed and well worth the money!

Works to slow them down. Use it for wet food, it washes in the dishwasher just fine. The grooves are pretty deep and thereâs enough of them that meal time takes about ten minutes now instead of 2.
