Appears to be used and broken
This item was received poorly wrapped in plastic wrap, no box or tags to indicate newness. Gave the impression of having been purchased by someone else but returned to customer service, and I can see why. Light works but “breathing” and music feature does not work as indicated on video. “Breathing” sounds more like a disturbing, intermittent growl, and the music cuts on and off throughout whatever song is attempting to play. The motor or whatever drives this feature appears to be struggling, “on it’s last leg”. Nothing soothing about this at all. Very disappointed in this product.

This item is adorable! But, it does not light up as shown and there is no movement in its tummy like it’s breathing. It only makes noises. I am very disappointed as I thought this bunny does more than just make noises.

Broken and stopped working within a week.
I got this for my daughter who deals with anxiety and it was pointless. It came ripped and it stopped working within a week. She fell in love with it but it is sad that as I just read all the reviews it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem with this product. They really need to refund or replace these items for the people who have had the same problem. They should consider taken it off the market.
