Adorable slow feeder bowl. Easy to clean and does not stain. I bought this for my cat because she was speed feeding and not chewing her food. I also read that making them eat slower will allow their bodies to recognize when they’re full. She’s still fat but at least she chews her food now.

ðâ⬠My cat Simon goes nuts at mealtime and would swallow a fish ð whole if he could! So I finally thought Iâd try a slow feeder bowl to slow him down. Iâm happy to say that this product works! I find the most success using moist pate cat food. I simply gently pat down the pate around the âlittle fishâ and he licks his way to happiness. Simon has to eat much slower now and enjoys his meals better because instead of just inhaling the food in seconds, he actually can savor the taste of it longer. The bowl has also helped to prevent him from throwing up after eating. The design of the bowl is not only functional, but from a human point of view, the light green color and little swimming fishies are adorable. Itâs easy to clean and the little nonskid strips on the bottom of the bowl keep it from sliding around. The height and depth of the bowl are satisfactory, with an occasional bit of food passing over the edge. A great valueâSimon highly recommends!

Cute & serve purpose
These are very cute and definitely serve the purpose having your cat eat slower. The only thing I donât like is I wish they had a more bowl like lip. The food does stay on the dish, but placing down in the catâs mats I have to be extra careful not to spill their food. Thatâs the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. They wash nice in the dishwasher or by hand easy, too!

The design, color, and material are all wonderful, very well made. Very cute design, too, and while my baby doesn’t always stop and eating all that much slower, she does have to go from place to place, and I think perhaps she likes that, it’s a little like a game. Kudos too for minimal packaging.

Doesn’t really work
Bowl doesn’t really work for my cat, he still eats too fast and vomits. It’s not deep enough and I don’t like how it is so low to the ground, I suppose you could buy a stand for it, but I don’t really want to when there’s better options out there.

Slows downing eating
This dish works great at slowing down the cat from eating so fast. The only complaint I have is that the sides aren’t tall enough to keep the food from being knocked of the dish when the cat is eating.
