Great idea but I would avoid adding food/ treats
I loved the idea, it is a great way to check up on your dog at home alone. The only flaw for my dog was that I put dog food in it as treats. I believe my dog thought it was a new kind of kong and her job was to get the food out. Needless to say, the SKYMEE is very resilient. While my dog destroyed the wheels I’m hopeful I can work with the manufacturer to purchase new wheels and it will be good as new.I would suggest if you have a food-happy dog I would not put any food/ treat inside and share that ability. It is for the owl’s robots’ protection. It also performs best on hard floors.Update- I asked how to buy new wheels and the seller is sending me replacements for free! Great seller!

This product is a disaster. The setup instructions are terrible and offer no help. The app does not work and is utterly worthless. The website offers no help. It simply is impossible to use, will not work, and is a complete rip-off. Unless you are looking for an expensive door stop, DO NOT BUY.

Constant reboot
This thing constantly needs to be rebooted. I feel it works best when in the same room. Otherwise itâs sturdy, fun to chase your animal around.
