Fits the perfect amount of food.
Iâve used bowls like this before, and Iâm sure I was just getting the wrong size, but it was always overfilled by the time I was done assembling my dogâs meal. This bowl is the perfect size for a very active 55lb dogâs food. I find that it holds his 1.25 cups of food easily, and comes clean perfectly in the dishwasher. This is one of the best bowls Iâve ever purchased.

Great bowl wish it was bigger
This bowl is great. I love the suction on the bottom so it will stay still and the flexible material makes it easier to clean. I use it to slow down my dog when eating. I wish the bowl was larger so it would hold more food given that my dog is a big boy and very active (he eats about a cup and a half of kibble per meal) and given that itâs a little bit pricier than what Iâm used to it would be nice. Donât get me wrong the kibble fits nice but if youâre using it for the purpose of slow feeding then you will have to take a few extra seconds making sure you disperse the food in the crevices due to the size.

Here is what I love about this Slow Feeder, first – the ones I have found in my pet store are hard plastic so if my animals can’t get a piece that is in the groove, it just settles and hardens and then it’s hard to clean. Not with this bowl, it is made of silicone. With it being silicone, they can easily push through the grooves with their faces when eating. It’s so easy for them, I can also use not only with my dogs – but my cat as well. It also is a suction bottom which is amazing if you have sloppy or fast eaters!
