Love them and find them
Stretchy sock-like uppers with thick neoprene bottoms. The neoprene bottoms are soft so they bend and flex with the toes in dog paws. The sock uppers fit nice and tight without cutting off circulation. A velcro strap wraps around each sock. I spent 15 minutes putting on one sock. The other 3 were faster because I rolled the sock inside-out. Let her step inside the neoprene foot, then unrolled the sock up her leg before velcro strapping. Great! That back leg was out in 2 seconds. This leg and I have a history. Itâs the same one that always comes out of everything. I re-wrapped the velcro straps like a cork screw. The boots stayed on. Overall, the boots are very attractive, well made, appear durable, washable, and comfortable. It was the first time our dog wore shoes. She didnât try to pull them off. Her paws stayed dry and warm. Our dog is 22lbs and 12 inches at the shoulder. We got the small size. It provided enough room for her paws to expand without being floppy.

Not for my dog, but they are good boots!
My stubborn Jack Russell was NOT HAVING it with these boots. However, I gave them to my neighbor who walks her dog every day and she said they are a game changer! Her dog wears them and she said they are waterproof and durable!

Waterproofing Issues and Size Misfit
I purchased the small size SCENEREAL Anti Slip Dog Boots for my French Bulldog, hoping they would be a snug and protective solution for wet conditions. While the leg fit is adequate, the paw area is unfortunately too small, making it uncomfortable for my pup. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the sock part of the boots is not waterproof. Despite the product description, the material quickly absorbs water, leaving my dog with soggy paws and legs after a short time outdoors. This defeats the purpose of using them in wet conditions, which was a primary reason for my purchase. The idea behind these boots is great, especially with features aimed at preventing slipping and providing warmth, but the execution falls short in practical use for my specific needs.

Not quite right for our elder dog’s needs
I was looking for a solution to protect our elderly golden retrievers knuckles as she walks on them on the one left sometimes because of a lack of sensation and some damage to ligaments in the leg. I was hoping the rubberized end on these would provide enough protection, and it would except that the shape of the boot is hoof shaped. This resulted in the front edge often getting caught in the grass and tripping her up more.While the sock is fairly lengthy, the velcro strap is mid way down which may be not be ideal to keep the sock up depending on the length of your dogs foot.For some dogs this might work just fine and the rubberized part feels like it would be fairly protective for a dog that walks normally. It just won’t work for our unique special needs.

These stay put on front paws, may slip a bit on the hinds but we haven’t lost one yet!
I really like these boots. They’re made from a knit material like socks, and are rubber coated on the bottom and around the paw. They have elastic straps with effective hook and loop closures, and the straps are attached to the boot with plastic snaps.I have had no problem getting them to stay on the front paws of my 60-lb mix, but the back paws are a little more difficult. They don’t come off, but they do slip on the hind paws a little bit. I have the tools and skills to create a different type of strap and to add a snap that is compatible with these boots to it, so that’s probably what I’ll do for the hinds. I would normally say the sock type booties are not worth the price, but with the thick rubber coating and the features with the straps, these seem a reasonable value. I’ve found the easiest way to get these on is to roll the sock portion down, slide the boot on and then roll the soft upper back up the dog’s leg before securing the strap. That’s what has worked best with my guy, and he’s become a professional with allowing me to put these on. The first time he acted like he couldn’t use his paws anymore, but now he seems to really like these, especially on really cold night walks.

Great first day
These booties/socks are the first pair my fur baby has ever worn. She hates wearing any type of layer so I was hesitant. To my surprise they were easy to put on and she actually walked normal on the first try. I might have to order a smaller size because these fit her a tad bit. Aside from that we are happy. Very functional, rubber sole seems durable and thick.
