Durable, cold, perfect for big dogs
I got these matts for my two large dogs too go camping in the summer. I have a Bernese mountain dog and a long hair shepherd mix, so both get pretty hot. These mats are cool to the touch and very comfortable. My dogs love them! They are SO durable too, my puppy tries to chew on them and there hasn’t been a hole in either of them yet. I don’t know that I would categorize them as waterproof but I have noticed a bit of water repellance. The size is perfect for my big dogs, and they are thick and comfortable as well.

Great for hot natured dogs
We bought this mat to put on top of our dogâs bed because he seems to get hot after laying on his furry beds for long periods of time. This mat feels very cool and you can definitely see the color change as parts of it heat up. It really seems to have made a difference for our pup so far. Lays flat immediately, no weird smells, seems like it has a good quality thickness to it. We havenât tried washing it yet. It took our dog about a day to figure out that it felt good when he laid on it. When we first got it, he would lay on it when we encouraged him to, but would get off of it when we walked away. By the next day though, he had figured out on his own that he liked how it felt and was choosing to lay on it rather than other beds that didnât have it. Worth the money!

Works way better than I imagined!!
Okay honestly I kind of thought this would be one of those things that only cools you down for 10 seconds. But nope! Both my dogs (large German shepherds) LOVE this thing. Theyâll race each other upstairs to be the first on it and then sleep on it all night. And I have 2 other giant dog beds upstairs that they could pick from and they both want this thing haha. Iâm going to have to order a second one! Very surprised at how much they like it.

Very neat how the color changes with heat
I can kinda feel that this works/feels cool. It definitely changes color when my dog lays on it, so that’s neat. It does feel like cloth, no gel or anything. No way of knowing if this is working but my dog did lay on it.

I know this is for a pet,but I have hot flashes & got it for me!..it works as advertised and is easy to clean..I have 2 and going to get another..I put on bed and in my chair..very happy

More wonderful than we could have hoped for! Fabric top is very, very cool, bottom doesn’t slip, quality is outstanding, nice and thick, and our dog absolutely is attached to it. We use on on our bed, in the vehicle, in her dog stroller and she is very comfortable on it. We needed to keep her cool as summer approaches. Done. This pad works so well, we bought another in the larger size as our puppy is growing. Buy this !

Cool Pad Keeps My Pomeranian Cool at Night
My Pom really likes her cool pads. She has one underneath my desk and another downstairs. Those are the kind with the vinyl covers, making them cool & easy to clean. I bought this one to use upstairs on my bed. Since it is made of material, it is more flexible so it conforms to her little ‘nest’ of blankets whereas the plastic ones are more stiff & work better on a solid surface such as a floor. She will sleep on it all night as it keeps her cooler so she sleeps better (me too!) I ordered the large size so that she has plenty of room to stretch out & enjoy the coolness. Am pleased & so is she!

We put this cooling mat in the bottom of my daughter’s UV tent to give added padding and cooling. I find it works well and breaks her falls well 🙂 my dogs also love laying on it with her. You can see the bed change white when it gets warm. Just move over and us a different portion while it cools again. We’ll worth it! It doesn’t slide on the floor either!

Amazing how fast this cools down. It took my labrador a while to get used to it, but after a couple of hot days he now loves it. Even preferring this in his crate over his favorite soft blankets. The fabric is a bit more work to clean than regular blankets. Just throwing it into the washing machine is not enough. Sand mud will stay in it. Putting washing soap on the mud spots and then throw into the machine does help.

La cama llega empaquetada en una bolsa de plástico transparente.Es muy bonita, con unos colores y dibujos muy agradables y con un tacto suave y fresco.Se la coloco al perro en el suelo cerca de su cama y él prefiere tumbarse en el suelo que está fresquito y alternar con su cama.Cómo mi perro suele pasar mucho calor y yo noto que la camita es fresca de verdad se la coloco sobre su cama y es todo un acierto, ahora pasa más tiempo en su cama que sobre las baldosas.La cama es muy fresca y suave al tacto, cuando el perro está sobre ella va absorbiendo su calor y cambia de color, en las fotos se puede ver como la cama tiene un color blanquecino en el lugar que ocupaba el perro y como ha recuperado su color habitual cuando lleva un rato sin usarse.Yo noto que es fresca de verdad y a mi perro le gusta, asà que sà recomiendo su compra.
