Installation Instructions
Pre-Installation
Tiles must be installed on a clean, dry, and level subsurfaceAt least 24 hours before starting the installation, lay out all the tiles on the subsurface to allow them to acclimate. This will ensure the tiles are an accurate size and thicknessIn-floor radiant heat should be turned off for 24 hours prior to the installationInterlocking rubber tile should not be installed on top of carpet as the tiles will shift
Measuring & Cutting
If cuts are required, measure the desired length from the outside tab inwardLay tile on a flat surface; hold a metal straight edge on the desired cut line and cut with a sharp utility knifeKeep scoring the cut until separatedChange or snap off blades frequently to ensure clean cuts
Installation
Make sure all tiles are laid down with “arrow” pointing in the same directionBegin installation in the center point of the room working outwards towards the wallsAssure a tight fit by tapping tiles together as they are being installedIn order to create a finished straight edge, be sure to trim off the interlocking tabs
Maintenance
To clean mats, vacuum then use a damp cloth with warm water and a neutral cleanerProducts containing mineral solvents and acids will attack the composite structure of the rubber flooring and cause deteriorationDo not use wax on the recycled rubber flooringWhen cleaning equipment and furnishings with disinfectant or other strong cleaners, be careful that overspray or excess cleaner does not drip on the rubber flooring. I measured three times and purchased once. Great quality tiles that donât slip and are perfect for protecting flooring. It took a while to cut them down because I have a 15â x 14â room. But, it was worth all the hard work, and I get so many compliments on the home gym now. The off-gassing period was fairly short, too. I suffer with chronic migraines, and the smell didnât trigger a single one.

Heavy duty, easy to work with
Since our gym recently closed for good, we decided to turn our single car garage into a home gym. The floor laid down easily but our initial estimate of how much we’d need was way off. We ended up needing 10 packages (we would probably need another 4 to do the far end of the garage where the freezer is) but the finished product is worth it. Odor is very low (smells like the gym!) and feels good to walk on. Very pleased with the end result.

Highly Useful Rubberised Tile
I needed a particular type of tiles for the area of my home that people walked upon often. These tiles are a little bit expensive but highly worth the amount of money to buy.I use these rubberised tiles within multiple rooms and right now I’m actually using them in the attic. The flexibility on ease of connecting or disconnecting the pieces is something that multiple people have commented on to me.It’s a small investment in terms of price but the ease of use and comfort when walking on these tiles is worth the money.

Completely transformed my basement gym!
For years my “gym” consisted of a treadmill and weight machine down in our unfinished basement, and this year I decided to upgrade it. I started by covering the ceiling with fabric, and then I worked on the floor. I researched a lot of interlocking floor tiles before settling on Rubber King, and I was not disappointed! These tiles are amazing! They are strong and durable and feel like you’re walking around a professional gym! There’s very little of that “rubber smell,” and they fit together tightly so that you hardly notice the lines. I also like that they are made from recycled rubber – it made me feel good about my purchase! Trimming the tiles to fit my basement floor was simple – just use a straight edge and cut with a utility knife – but it was time consuming for me because I wanted to cover the entire workout area.If I had to choose one complaint, it concerned the packaging. The stack of 10 tiles comes tightly wrapped in plastic, but there is a product label adhered to the top tile with a bit of “booger glue” or whatever it’s called. Well, that adhesive doesn’t come off all the way, and it left the top of the tile sticky. It wasn’t a big deal as I just turned the tile over so the adhesive was facing down, but if you’re planning on laying these tiles on a nicer floor you may want to watch out for that.

A great product, both ecologically sustainable and performs excellently
I love how Rubber King / Dinoflex is dedicated to sustainability. The blue and grey tiles looks sweet and the quality of the product is great! The tiles fit nicely and grip the floor well. My brother and I did a workout after setup and loved how it felt both on our feet and whenever we dropped the weights. The heaviest weight I have ATM are 25 lb dumb bells. It will be interesting to see how it performs when the barbell and bummer plates come in.The one thing I will say is that one package does not cover a lot of space. The image I uploaded is three packages. That being said, I think its totally worth it.

Wonderful product
This product was more than expected. For a bulky package it showed up with the shrink wrapping intact with the direction. It was very easy to put together, in fact my 10 year old had the tiles put together before I was done reading the directions. This is truly professional grade quality. We ordered it for our home gym and it is every bit as good as the products I’ve seen in commercial gyms. I was especially impressed with the seams, the tolerance was so tight that the seams were almost impossible to see after it was assembled. All in all a great product that I would recommend to anyone looking for high quality rubber flooring.

Very nice nonslip and more affordable than vinyl flooring from carpet right for bathroom and kitchen and great for easily cleaning water leakage off of them and easy to cut and lay and they are very big and quite heavy so no lifting problem and we already new about the rubber material smell but you don’t notice that much of that
