Good quality dog food

Huge Difference Shiny Coat
Our Chiweenie dog is a rescue from a horrible hoarding situation. Her coat had bald spots and lacked luster. We fed her a good quality kibble for 6 months but it wasnât until I switched to Royal Canin Dachsund that I saw a major improvement. Her coat filled in, her color changed from dull black to vibrant black with brown accents. She gobbles it up but is not a picky eater. Very happy with this product.

I ordered the Royal Canin Breed Health Nutrition Dachshund Teckel 8+ Adult Dry Dog Food, 3 lb bag. I have a mini dachshund mix, and I alternate her foods. She normally eats what my big dog eats, but he has had a lot of issues with food things, so I had to start buying her her own food. I wanted to give this brand a try since dachshunds have different needs, and I thought it was easier than doing a bunch of research trying to find out what would be good. I am just finishing up a 10 lb bag, and I saw the price jacked way up to reorder so I didn’t do it because the price was already too much. So, I ordered this 3 lb bag for her to have enough food here so I can figure out a more economical and good quality food I can switch her to since she’s not picky or doesn’t have food issues. If the price gets much better on the bigger bags then I may go back to it but for now she’ll be fine. She’s never had any complaints about this food, and I noticed it’s pretty greasy when I feel her bowl so she’s getting a lot of good oils in her body.
