Cats go bonkers, and is really fun for people too! Quality toy, powerful little motor!
This is a great cat toy! It had me laughing out loud, even before our cats were involved. The younger cat didn’t know what to think at first, prob sure it was actually alive, and wondering if he ought to try to catch it or not. It moves very fast on a hardwood floor. But there are different speed settings. It surprised me that it even had enough power to still work very well on flat carpets, and even bedsheets on the bed, as long as I smoothed out most of the wrinkles on it. The older cat got jealous and wanted to play with it too, after hearing the younger one talking to it and chasing it around. It was hilarious. The automatic setting is really funny, and goes all over the place, but stops and turns around when it gets to a block. It even goes under furniture, but then finds its way back out. It spins and flips over, and a-rights itself again, even if the cat catches it and knocks it over. You can make it do wheelies with the remote, or just start and stop it as the cat shows interest, turn it around etc. The packaging was A-rate quality strong boxes, accessories, batteries already included in the remote, and the USB- rechargeable “mouse” already charged up and ready to play with. Seems to be made of heavy duty lasting plastic. I expect it will last for years of fun. If you put this toy in a room with any combination of kid/s and cat/s—believe me, everyone will be laughing their heads off, and the cats sure get a lot of engaging, fun exercise, plus time bonding with their humans while playing too! Our cat even got interested and excited, just hearing the video I took of him playing with it, with the bug-like motor noise, and started looking around for the toy!! 🙂

I wish it had an on/off switch on the remote.
The jury’s still out on whether or not our cats will come to like this little toy. They’re leery of it right now, but not necessarily afraid.I wanted a mouse with a remote control because the cats absolutely loved a motorized mouse they had before, except it only had a switch on the mouse itself with no remote at all, and it turned itself off when not in use. The cats would frequently go and bat at it with no result, so we’d have to stop whatever we were doing to go turn it back on. So I wanted to get one that we’d just have to push a button to turn it back on. My experience with remotes was that there is usually an “on” button. Nope. We still have to go and flip the thing over and turn it on again. So it didn’t live up to the whole reason I bought this.The toy itself is pretty nice, though. It’s not too big, so the size doesn’t put the cats off. And, while quick enough, it’s not overly frenetic, so that doesn’t scare them off, either. It’s nice enough that I had to give it 4 stars, even though it’s not really what I was hoping for.

Zippy and fun
If you have played with R/C cars at any point in your life, you’ll know just what to do with this cat toy. You plug it in with the USB-C connector (YAY!) and it charges the internal battery. There is a small remote control somewhat between the size of a cigarette lighter and a pack of cards that can be used to control the “Mouse”. As soon as a button is pressed on the remote control, the “mouse” will defer to being controlled by the remote control.Alternatively, there is another mode that is more fun and less work. It makes the “mouse” scoot across the floor until it is just about to crash into something and then it goes into reverse before picking a new forward direction at random. This is the mode that my cat enjoyed the most since the movements of the “mouse” are unpredictable.The “mouse” comes with some feathers and a fuzzy “tail” that are attached on its back. This helps a little bit with righting the mouse” if it tips over or if the cat knocks it over.Two minor complaints:1) This item ships without instructions. I figured they should have printed a sheet with some basic knowledge of the controls, or at least upload it to the product page on Amazon if they don’t want to ship it with every box.2) The “mouse” might be a tad overpowered. It’s almost too fast for my cats. I think they could have dropped the performance by 20% but made it quieter, and this would have been better.

Well made interactive toy
The toy was well packaged and came charged and ready to go. I liked how it has a remote which includes an auto mode and a manual mode where you can control the direction it goes in order to interact with your pet. It comes with a couple different tails. It moves around quickly and drives well!
