I got this 7 months ago for my hedgehog to sleep on and itâs been great. About 3 months ago the light on the heating pad stopped working, so I wasnât able to tell if it was on or off, so Iâd regularly have to check with my hand to see if the heating pad was on. It was never off, however, Iâve recently been having issues with the heating pad abruptly turning off for no reason, unplugging and plugging it back in fixes it every time though. All in all, itâs a great little heating pad for the price, just know that if itâs something that youâll need plugged in 24/7 for your pet, it probably wonât last an entire year.

Itâs cute⦠has cartoon cows on it and little jars of milk. It works very well but the minimum temp is around (on low) 95 degrees and the maximum temperature (on high) is 140 degrees. Be VERY careful when using to not burn or overheat your animal. I put a small portion of the heating pad in the very tip corner (on low) of my bunnyâs hidey house. Iâve noticed sheâll lay on it for a few minutes then sheâll hop on her little way. Just please, be VERY careful and NEVER leave your animal unattended with it in the âonâ position.

Trustworthy
The cord seems and looks cute proof however a part of the cord accessible to the animal looks like they could chew through it. I bought a toddler pillow case to go over it and the cord.

Not chew proof at all
Our rabbit chewed through the cord for this, even with the added protector, within 24 hrs. He must have gotten a really bad shock because he had trouble with just moving around. The vet said he would fully recover, but…. Please hide all cords, no matter how protected they say they are. If I could give 0 stars I would. The heating pad was barely warm.

Perfect for foster kittens
I foster kittens often have orphan kittens. Kittens can’t maintain their own body heat until about 4 weeks old. This was AMAZING to keep under a blanket for them. It has a low setting so I never have to worry about it getting too hot, and it had a protector that goes over the cord so it can’t be bitten.
