Could be a little better
I am happy overall with this purchase, in fact I plan to purchase another soon. But as my title stated it could be a little better. The on/off button is a soft, raised, rubber square. So of course my cat wants to rub her face on it or lay on it. Her head is heavy enough to change the heating settings when she rubs it. Then even turns it off by laying on it.

This little heating pad works great.I love that the cover is removable so I can wash it occasionally!The cord is long enough to reach an outlet without having to place the pad in an inconvenient spot. However, the connection is usbâ¦so you need a brick to connect it.It only has one heating line that goes in a square, so it doesnât get terribly hot.At $9.99 I think itâs worth it.If you want a warmer pad, donât get this one.If you want an affordable pad for your small animals, this does the job.

Could be much better.
Some complain about the lack of a wall plug to connect the USB portion of this devices cable into. Though I do think including one would be better and increase appeal of the product. The lack of the power bank is noted in the products title. So no stars were deducted for this particular reason.However there are two reasons this product is only three stars at best.-The wire heating element traces along the seam visible in the product image. It’s a single wire going around in a square shape. So really only that square line heats up and it doesn’t get particularly warm even on the highest setting. This is the key reason for a deduction in rating as it’s whole point of being a heating pad is mediocre.-The outside cover is soft enough but the underneath material makes a light crinkling somewhat plastic bag like sound upon being moved or stepped on. In my cats case they’re deathly afraid of anything that even remotely makes a sound similar to this. So this may dissuade some pets from ever using the product. Though I’ve known other cats to be the opposite and willingly sit upon anything they can.

only small sections of pad heat up
The pad has 3 concentric squares stitched in the plush cover. The heating element is only in the corners of the middle square. That means the center and the perimeter of the pad do not get warm at all. That seems like a bad design, unless I received a faulty product.I was able to coax my little old lady cat onto the pad and she she curled up and took a nap. I think it will be better than nothing for my old cat who is always cold. I just wish the entire pad heated up.I do like that it is hand washable and the cover is very soft.

Almost perfect….
My cat and two pups LOVE heating pads. They’re on most of the big beds because we have tile floors which get quite cold in the winter. However, the dogs do not love the cat so this little heating pad was the perfect size to add to the top of his tower. He loves having it on and only moves when it turns itself off. The heating pad is covered in super soft, snuggly fabric and the cord is long enough that it works in a lower outlet and extends to the top of his perch. I only wish it stayed on for longer. There’s an auto-off timer which is good for safety but I feel like kitty only gets about two hours before I have to turn it back on for him. Would give it a higher mark if you could manage that yourself.

Two ways to use
I got this because you can use it with just a power bank when you’re too far away from a wall plug in.I am happily surprised that you can also use it with a wall plug in with the provided extra cable. Great! It warms up pretty quickly and has three levels. Great for on the go! Thank you very much!

Basic heating pad
This heating pad is fairly simple and basic.It’s easy to operate. The pad itself feels a bit flimsy, as the outer layers have gaps inside the non-stitched areas. The inside makes plastic-like sound when rubbed, which is a bit concerning for a heating pad. Since I didn’t open it up, I can’t tell if there is indeed a risk or not.
