The most dry cat food one can get for this price…trust me, I’ve researched over and over
Friskies is a well known brand of cat food. I feel comfortable buying Friskies but some picky eaters don’t love this particular dry food. I didn’t buy this for my indoor cats, however, whom are very picky eaters. I got it to feed three outdoor stays cats who started coming around about 1 year after the worst of the Covid outbreak. Unfortunately, many people got a lot of pets during Covid’s Quarantine period for various reasons and when things began to open again and they weren’t stuck indoors all the time, many people surrendered their pets or let them outdoors and didn’t let them back inside. It breaks my heart to say this but that is the time when I started noticing stray cats showing up so I couldn’t just let them starve. I began feeding them Friskies 5.5oz cans of fillets in gravy and found this dry food, for such a great price and in 16 pound bags with a brand name that I trust so I decided to get it and I alter between their wet and dry food. The outdoor cats still love it and they are no longer going hungry. I did a lot of price and weight comparing and this always came out as the best value. I’m grateful it’s available especially since pet food prices have gone up 50%-80% over the last 4 years.

This is a fantastic cat food that has crunchy and soft pieces. Good for cats health and comes in a large bag. I put it in a freshness locking tub and it will last forever.

Quality and price point
There’s nothing wrong with the food. The price is on point for what it is. Our problem is my cat hates ir. Won’t touch it. Seriously went 4 days 2 fresh bowls a day and refused to eat. Had to almost take her to the vet. Tried 100s of dollars worth of food. The cat is just a finicky cat picky as all get out. So I can’t fault the company for anything other than the horrible ingredients. However like I said I’ve had to try THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN FOOD. What I would caution is the smaller bags don’t go stale as fast as the larger bags even if transfer after opened to containers. I learned like us hoomans our furry children can have quite a picky pallet. Yikes accepting all well wishes lol ð remember to always research your ingredients especially the big brands. You’d be surprised the language that’s used to sound pretty only to be copper fill. So no matter the brand the ingredients you’re animals mostly will be on some form of frisky/ Purina Etc the best bang for the buck. This one’s it and the pieces have such texture and variety I really am only disappointed the cat won’t eat it. I would if I were a cat ð¸ hope that helps. Seller great. Apollo’s favorite dry food
This is the only dry food my cat will eat, I’ve tried changing it to other brands and he would only eat that when he was super hungry, yet when he sees/smells that I switched back to friskies tender and crunchy Apollo eats it with custo and make noises ð He really loves the taste and how they’re crunchy but not to hard. I’ve tried switching to just different flavors from friskies and he’ll eat those flavors no problem, but not with custo and his noises of approval. I get the 16 pound bag and it lasts so long. my cat Apollo is a friskies cat and I’m ok with that.
