    Easy to use teeth wipes
These teeth wipes from PetLab Co. are easy to use and a quick way to clean my dog’s teeth when brushing isn’t an option. I don’t feel like they are a replacement for a toothbrush and am not sure how effective they are at removing plaque but are okay for a quick clean up or breath freshening. I like that there is no added artificial taste or scent like some other brands. The container closes up securely to keep the wipes moist and ready for the next use.

Easy to use, not sure how effective though?
These wipes are easy to use, but it’s hard to tell what they are doing/if they are working. While I hate brushing my dogs’ teeth (mostly because they hate it!), at least it provides more assurance that I’m making a difference, with the friction of the bristles on the teeth and the minty smell of the toothpaste I use. This may be helping to some degree, but it’s hard to imagine it comes anywhere close to a real brush… probably more comperable to using water or food additives. That said, if your dog won’t let you brush their teeth and refuses to drink teeth protecting additives, this could be a good option.

Good job on this one PetLab! New loyal customer ;p
Never tried a dental product like this before so my first concern was if there was going to be any allergic reaction or adverse effects on my pup (even though listing says” hypoallergenic”). Happy to report that there were no incidences! *phew* In fact, he enjoys me swabbing his teeth with these wipes more than the finger toothbrush! (we don’t use the traditional toothbrush because he just eats it lol)The bottle was quite hard to open as the foil is sealed really well (which is actually a pro since it would prevent the product from leaking or drying out), but there is no pull tab or anything and it was really just more of an annoyance than anything (first world problems ;p) Even though the product is listed as “fragrance free”, I was expecting some sort ofoverly strong mint of coconut or chemical smell to hit me — nothing. Pleasantly surpised that it seems as natural as they are advertising. I also think it’s nice that after “brushing” his teeth, it doesn’t smell like chicken or peanut butter like other toothpastes >

    Perfect for a disabled person!
I have a dog who did not win the genetic lottery with his teeth. As such, since puppyhood I have concentrated on regular, near-daily tooth brushing to spare him what a modern dog diet does to canine teeth. He is four, and I am disabled and find there are times when I cannot hold his toothbrush with enough mobility to really get the job done that I want to do.A friend suggested these types of wipes, and my first try was unsuccessful mainly due to the poor design of the pads being just not shaped right to hold tight to the finger. They were more like oversized tubes. Then I tried these. They stayed on my finger even when I’m way back on his molars (he’s a HUGE standard poodle to give you an idea of the depth of that mouth!), and provide enough friction that I can easily wipe the build up off.My dog’s reaction is that he did not find them something to try to eat (meaning they didn’t smell/taste like food to him so the job wasn’t made tougher by him thinking it was food), and he was not repulsed or incomfortable with them in his mouth.Great pads, handy little jar fits nicely into my grooming tote, and super easy to use and stays put. You got one happy customer here! (and a happy puppers!)

    Too Dry
The dental wipes are easy to use but too dry. I think the package may be poorly designed that they don’t keep the wipes wet.

    Easier than a brush
I feed my cats wet food every night and the vet told me it can be bad for their teeth and suggested brushing them. They absolutely hate the toothbrush no matter what I’ve tried. These work because it’s less scary for them and they’re used to my hand near their mouth but they still don’t like it. Just be careful that they don’t chomp on your finger!

    Easy and trustworthy
So many companies (most with random names) sell dental wipes for pets. I wouldn’t touch most of them with a ten foot pole, as it’s important to be cautious with what companies we trust to make products for our pets! I trust PetLab for their oral health probiotics, so I was happy to try this option on offer. My AmBull pup didn’t mind the smell or taste of these and it was easier than getting out the doggie toothbrush! I hope it helps with his mild dog breath, in combination with the dental powder and a healthy diet! Oral health is so critical for our pets- be proactive!
