DOESN”T deserve a star!
This was purchased for my two dogs and when we opened and tried to open the battery compartment, the screws were so tight one was stripped before we could open the compartment. WHY do you have to screw this so tight? So unnecassary.

Not worth it for the movement
So this ball is definitely sturdy and comes apart with the motor as an independent unit so it can be cleaned really thoroughly, so thatâs great. My dog is giving it a good bashing, so it seems pretty sturdy and durable. It just seems like either the motor isnât strong enough or it needs more juice than it can get from 2 AAA batteries to work well. It does very slightly better on hardwood floor, but on my extremely low pile carpet, it barely moves on its own. I put brand new batteries in right before this video.Speaking of batteries, there doesnât seem to be any way to turn it off and it ran out the first set of batteries by activating itself every time it was picked up or moved while sitting in its box. So donât expect the batteries to last long either.Overall, Iâm giving it two stars because as a manual treat dispensing toy, itâs great. Iâve never seen one that could be dismantled to be cleaned before. But as a motorized toy, there doesnât seem to be any point. I may return it still, I havenât completely decided, but if I keep it, I wonât bother keeping batteries in it.

Didn’t work upon arrival
The screws were too tight to unhinge to put batteries. It’s a waste of money. The only thing that was useful was the little screwdriver that came with it. I didn’t return it because I’m overseas and that just is too complicated unfortunately. You get what you paid for with this cheap toy.
