Kept my dogs busy
I have a 40 lb blue heeler mix and a 100 lb lab mix. When I received the product I was surprised by the size, smaller than I expected. Although I was weary my dogs love it! It definitely keeps them busy while we are away during the day. One thing I will say is that mine breaks open but I think thatâs because majority of the time the dogs play with it on concrete and dropping it a bunch on concrete made the top open but nothing was broke.

Not for aggressive chewers. But I will be buying more
Absolutely WORTH the money. My dog LOVES and I MEAN LOVES this ball. Sheâs obsessed with it. Rolls it around all day I have to take it off her ð¤£Weight: as expectedDesign: interesting to figure out but easy once you have.Quality: excellent just not for aggressive chewers.

Did not last long enough for a dog who loves to chew
I bought this to give my always-looking-for-something-to-get-into-something dog to keep him occupied. I figured a puzzle ball will keep his brain working and tire him out while also preventing other things from getting chewed. Over all the concept of the toy did work and he seemed to enjoy it, but unfortunately it did not last very long. My dog chewing on it left marks all over it and he broke it apart too easily. The toy is cool but it won’t hold up to a dog who loves to chew. I would recommend getting something rubber. In the picture you can see , it is easy to take apart to clean and fill with treats but unfortunately that also means the dog can open it too. 🙁

Engaging toy. Slows feeding for “gulpers”.
I have purchased 7 of these. (More on that, later.) My dog LOVES them. The original design (top = 1 piece; bottom = 1 piece) was sturdier and easier to use. The newer design (top splits into two pieces) is awkward to use, as the split top falls apart easily and the rim with the screw threads tends to crack. I always Duck tape the two pieces together as soon as I open the package. (I suspect the newer design was adopted for safety reasons. I just can’t align the top “halves” easily and opt for fixing them together with tape.)Do NOT buy this if you don’t want to hear kibbles loudly rolling around in the plastic ball for 10 minutes a pop, or frequent impacts with walls, furniture, appliances, etc., because an active dog will richochet this thing like a pinball. You will find kibble under everything, and if you have furniture that’s raised more than the diameter of the ball, you will be retrieving the ball all the time, or risk your dog tearing apart whatever the ball rolled under. (I bought clear “toy guards” and secured them to the bottom surface of the one sofa table my dog kept rolling it under.)Having said all of the negatives, I keep buying them about every 3-4 months, when one inevitably cracks, because my dog is ADDICTED to this toy feeder. She’s smart and needs a lot of stimulation. This does the trick moreso than any of the “puzzle” trays I’ve found. I also like that the inserts can be adjusted to make it harder. We use small crunchy kibble. Everything comes apart easily to clean.

Dangerous toy for small toy breeds no warning!!
I just saw the other review, as Iâm typing this Iâm waiting for my 6.5 lb Pomeranian who also got his lower jaw and teeth stuck in the opening of this toy! He was in pain and he had to be sedated and have it surgically removed! NO WARNING for small toy breeds. He was next to me on the couch supervised and it happened so fast I did not know what was wrong. I will follow up with diagnosis/ prognosis. I am heartbroken my fur baby is going through this. Iâm waiting for the Veterinarian to come speak to me while my Coco recovers.05/22/20-UPDATESent response through Amazon to Pet Zone yesterday and am waiting for a response.Coco is doing well today….he had an X ray done the same ER visit and thank goodness no fracture and he did not need oral sutures for lacerations. Veterinarian recommended a medicated rinse for his mouth, a soft food diet and activity restrictions. He was confined to a small area in our place for a couple of days after his ER visit for recovery. $442.51 total bill for visit. I bought two of these IQ Treat Balls 3 inches in the same order, one for Coco and one for his brother. I believe Pet Zone should give me a full refund for these two dangerous products and reimburse me for Coco’s medical bill. Pet Zone was aware of the dangers and responded to a previous Amazon comment 10 months ago as of today (screenshot saved for future) regarding the very same thing. There should have been a warning about potential dangers and or not suitable for certain dog sizes. I would NOTs Pet Zone / Our Pet’s Company does not care if pets are injured and suffer. This CANNOT happen to a bigger dog since his jaw could not fit through the dispenser opening. This product is also sold on other websites without warning. (screen shots saved).I have not been able to get through to a Pet Zone customer service agent and after hours voicemail message is that it is full so I cannot leave a message. Found out Pet Zone is a brand of Our Pet’s Company. (Product is also advertised on it’s website without warning) I called Our Pet’s Company and unable to leave a message-voicemail is full also. This IQ ball is dangerous for small dogs.

Me gustó mucho! Los premios no se salen tan fácil incluso siendo pequeños, le puedes ajustar la dificultad y es resistente.

Love it and more importantly, so does our boxer! Keeps her entertained and active for quite awhile and is a great way to add in extra activity on cold days. Not too easy, or too hard. Adjustable feature works well. Only complaint is the material, which is super hard, makes it hard for our dog to pick up and seems like it might cause long term wear on wooden stairs.

Donât know why my chihuahua scared to play with it.

I purchased the 3 inch version and my dog loves it. Need to cut treats up small otherwise it would be super challenging for the treats to be dispensed. Itâs a little tricky to put together but thatâs the nature of having multiple layers.
