Pleasantly Surprised
I was a little worried based on some of the reviews that we would run into issues but this camera has worked perfectly! It allowed us to talk to the cats and give them treats while we were away on vacation and gave us peace of mind when the cat sitter was away. Everything about it worked great, the set up was easy! The only thing is it used to take videos of motion detection but that stopped working after 1 day.

Iâm on item number 2 in just over a year.Please be cautious when purchasing this product!The first product Iâve had lasted me maybe six months it started having connectivity issues. Customerservice wanted to argue with me and treat me like a child. Iâm an IT and networking professional so I do have knowledge of what Iâm doing. This item will not stay connected and then it finally completely broke.Customer service said that itâs warranty for a year they would send me another one.In order to get that replacement, I basically had to fight and argue with them for about two months before I received the replacement.Fast-forward here it is about another six months later after receiving the replacement having the same connectivity issues it will not stay connected. Nothing has changed in my household other than this device stop staying connected last a week or two loses connections. Obviously they know this is a problem because they have Explanations on how to fix this and their question and answer section.I emailed the company directly instead of going through Amazon because that didnât farewell the first time after several weeks of corresponding back-and-forth, the company said they are sorry that this product just did not work out for me. They will issue me a full refund contact them through Amazon.Now that I am contacting them through Amazon, they are denying me a refund. Iâm supposed to just be happy having two different products that neither one works and taking a discount on another product.Why on earth does this company think anybody after having two items that are defective would want to spend money on third even at a discounted price. This is just absurd!Buy at your own risk if you value your hard earned money, look elsewhere

Overall, great product
The camera does occasionally disconnect from the app, and that’s really my only complaint. I just have to refresh the app and it connects again. The video quality is great unless you are trying to zoom in. The treat dispenser is great, the motion detection has saved us a lot of grief on many occasions (our beagle likes to escape his crate and destroy doors, walls, blankets, etc.). We can watch to make sure he is calm while we are gone. The voice feature is nice, but it does confuse him. Hearing our voices but not seeing us freaked him out a little bit, so we don’t like to use that part if we aren’t home.

Love this!
We have had this camera since November 2021. Picture quality is great. There is a little lag in the sound once in awhile. But I think that might be my Wi-Fi. The treat dispenser finally broke a few months ago. But I think it is because my two dogs were always licking inside of it. So that’s my fault for putting it where it is accessible to the dogs. Overall I would 100% recommend this camera.

Iâm back to buy a second one bc I love it so much!! Bummed it didnât last longer, but it was used A LOT so I definitely feel like I got my moneyâs worth. Plus, it technically still works so Iâll be able to use it as a security camera, but the piece that stopped all of the treats from coming out at once broke.

Don’t waste your money
I was excited to try this our for our pup and once I received it, I was ready to install until I came across trying to install the app to make this work.Not only did the app not show up on the google play store as advertised, but when I downloaded the apk through google, when it prompted me to create an account, the verification code was never sent to my email.Also, right after, I tried emailing their support email and what a surprise, the support email wasnt even working as I got an email saying that the email adress was not found.Dont waste your money on this item as its a complete false advertised product.
