Absolutely Adorable! Nicely made
Dog is 8lbs. Purchased a small for temps in 30s-40s. Hood is a bit large for her tiny head but flipped it back as suggested in a comment above. When hood was down dog froze except wagging tail. Flipped up and she walked. It was funny to see. I think this will work perfectly once she become familiar with wearing. Nicely made. It was a little challenging to get legs in but manageable.

Warm Coat XS Fit 4.5 lb Morkie
For reference, my dogâs measurements are: Neck 6.75â, Chest 12â, Back Length 12â, Front Leg Length 6.75â. I have attached a picture of her in the coat so you can see how the XS fits her. The coat is made with thinsulate so you get the warmth without the bulk. Some of the dog coats I have seen are like puffer coats, and my dog would struggle to walk in them, but no issue with this one. There is a slit in the back for your leash/harness which is plus. I also like the elastic fabric around the arms and waist, I think it helps keep her warmth in. Before this coat, my dog was wearing a sleeveless winter coat so the sleeves on this one threw her for a loop at first â she wouldnât bend her legs when she walked. But after about a week she got used to it and walks fine, and she seems much warmer now.

Nice, but runs large
This is a very nice coat, but it is too large. First, the measurements they give you to determine what size you need for your dog are way off. According to that, I needed a Medium for my Shih-Tzu/Papillon. We ordered the small. Still too large. There has to be some problem somewhere because as soon as I saw this, I decided to return this and order an x-small from Wayfair. I received it before I had a chance to return this one, and they are the exact same size. Very disappointed. Trying to get to the bottom of this.

Best little winter pet jacket!
I got this for my Shih Tzu because she is not fond of the cold. She is 11 lbs and the small parka fits her perfectly and it’s nice and warm. No more shivers. It a bonus that she looks like the cutest dog in town wearing it!Highly recommend for both warmth and cuteness factor.

Bulky jacket for thinsulate.
This is a cute jacket and well made but it is quite bulky so if you have a little dog (I ordered an xsmall for my 3 lb dog and it fits but is roomy) she will look engulfed by it! I do have to send mine back since it arrived with a large treadmark on it.

Not true to size
Had to send it back.. Got a med and it was not true to med size.. My dog wears a med in almost everything and this didnt fit. I loved tha jacket but make sure you check the measurements before ording

Really great coat for the money
I actually originally was looking at a baby blue version of this coat (minus the decorative toggles) but sadly it wasn’t available in a large. But when I came across this one I thought it was pretty adorable and a good price. The coat has Thinsulate built into it which is a popular, thin thermal insulation used often in things like gloves etc. Not something you’d commonly see in a dog coat and especially not at this price (I bought it at around 25 dollars, in case the price changes for anyone reading this review). So, when I got it I was pretty pleased to see that it fit her really well and it’s also really well made, soft and very warm for someone with a dog who lives in the north east US/eastern Canada.My only complaints are:1.) This company seems to cater more towards the super tiny dogs like toy and mini breeds so the sizes seem a bit askew. My dog is only 28 pounds and she needed a large, yet by any vet’s standards she is no where near being considered a large dog. So, if you have a fairly large pet, the large won’t fit. Make sure you read the measurements and measure your pet as well.2.) It’s white, so dirt is inevitably going to get on it and be noticeable. Plus, the directions say to Dry Clean Only. But, I used a cold, damp washcloth to spot clean it and it was fine.3.) It says “Removable zippered hood” on the listing but the hood is very clearly sewn in. No zipper, no removing. But I like the coat with the hood on. Just wanted to make a note that it says that when it is inaccurate.

Best affordable winter coat ever!
I bought this three years ago for my hyper westie and it’s the best coat I ever bought her – it’s very warm, keeps her from shivering in our Midwest winters, and looks adorable on her. The only reason I’m looking for another is because the velcro and buttons are worn out from so much use, but after three years I’d say we got our money’s worth 🙂

This little coat fits perfectly and my dog is happy to wear it (she’s fussy). The fact that it has legs keeps the snow from balling up on her fur. Easy on easy off and looks so fashionable for the fashionista canines out there. She stays out longer now as I suspect shes warmer. Very cute.
