Great low height pet stair
I had a very specific need to find a pet stair or ramp under 12″ tall to work with our window-fitted doggie door, and this was the only one on the market. Previously we were using a more typical 13″ step (versus this one at 10″ high) and it was just a little wonky for the dogs to use. This one works great!One note – while all the dimensions in the picture are accurate (16″ flat side, 10″ high, 22″ front to back), they failed to note a pretty sizeable flair towards the back that makes the widest part 20″ wide. So just make sure your space can take 20w x22l x10h.Snapped together in less than 5 minutes, feels incredibly sturdy, even looks pretty nice with the rounded edges, and perfectly fits our needs. Very satisfied with my purchase.A buyer’s note – for some reason, the “sold by Amazon” new step was mysteriously “not deliverable” to my address. An Amazon chat rep suggested ordering from a different seller and the Amazon Resale option came in in perfect shape. So if you get a delivery error when you try to place the order, try the alternative sellers. That solved my problem and took even less time to ship to me than the new option.

Just right for small dog
My senior 11-lb dog can now easily get onto his favorite ottoman. The ramp sits on my hard floor without wobbling, and the rubber pads keep it from sliding. This was super quick and easy to assemble, too. Lightweight but sturdy and not too tall, which was just what I was looking for. My dog feels confident about using this ramp.

Helped senior mom and her aging huge bull mastiff
My mom was having to lift her 160-170lb bull mastiffs back end into the back seat of her 4 door car bc her aging bully just couldn’t get her back end in once her front was in making the angle to much for her aging body to handle We had to help. Found this step, arrived quickly, very easy to snap together, everything is labeled perfectly so zero room for assembly error. Very sturdy, especially important for a dog her size, and my mom who was skeptical was shocked that her very large dog got right up on the step and with ease got right in the back seat. A huge win and definitely 5 stars all the way around on this step especially for heavy and very large dogs. Worth every penny!

works great with litter robot
This fits the litter robot 4 perfectly as a ramp. The only downside was the attached rug, it frays if you put it in the wash and the dryer.

Sturdy!
I didn’t want to spend this much money on a step for my pets, but, let me tell you this thing is built to last! I am roughly 150lbs and I can stand on it without it so much as creaking. The plastic is like thick, old schoop Fisher Price rocking horse plastic. I bought it for my elderly cat to get in and out of my whisker robot litterbox, and ended up using it next to my sofa too, and I had no worries about my 60lb dog also using it.Super easy to clean, the carpet is held on by Velcro and can be pulled right off and cleaned however you prefer. The plastic is, of course, just a matter of wiping off with something damp and soapy. The height is great for both my cats and dogs, and makes it easy for them to get on the sofa or into my robot litterbox.I hated the idea of spending the money on it, but honestly it’s probably going to last longer than any of those foam steps every would, is easier to clean, and doesn’t look half bad in my living room. So, I’d say it’s a good value in comparison to what else is on the market.

Not for my dog, but maybe yours
This product seemed of good quality. It went together easily and seemed sturdy enough for my 40lb puggle. However my dog does have mobility issues and the carpet on the top seemed slidey. Maybe a younger steadier dog would benefit from this step.

Excellent addition to pet friendly home
I waited to review this item until it had been in use for a while. Iâve now had this step at the foot of my bed for a few months now and can say it has worked perfectly. My dog is about 80 lbs, and had a knee injury that took about 6 months to get sorted. Although not an elderly dog, Iâve found that jumping off my bed, which is as about as high as the seat of a couch, was causing him some stiffness and pain. Most dogs are likely to need a bit of training to make them use it getting both on AND off the bed/couch/whatever.The top of the step is removable and can be shaken out or hosed off. Iâve not needed to wash it yet because it has shown no dirt or discoloration even though my dog uses it multiple times a day.I also own a ramp from this company. The excellent sturdiness of the ramp, which gets used for cars and a higher bed has been amazing, and is the main reason I chose this product over others. It can be expensive and somewhat disappointing trying to find large dog mobility aids and this brand has seemed to really fill that niche. The step is super sturdy and great for dogs of all sizes, especially large.
