Beware: this company is not transparent about ingredients
I emailed PetEyez requesting a list of ingredients, dosing information & color of the chicken formula. Dr. Cherry (from PetEyez) refused to email a list of ingredients or answer any of my other questions – I was told I would have to call himâ¦. I donât want a conversation, I want specific details which I clearly listed (as above). If I called, Iâd have to write down the ingredients myself as he listed them anyway and I donât have time for that. He indicated he was too busy to deal w/ my questions unless I called him, otherwise he âdidnât know how he could help me.â These are easy questions to answer if you are a transparent company. He said the ingredients were listed on their website & on Amazon, but Iâve looked a number of times & honestly cannot find a specific list of ingredients. Dr. Cherry wrote: âAll our information and ingredients are on the website, chewy, amazon and otherââ¦. Iâve contacted numerous other pet food & supplement companies in the past and always had quick, specific, transparent responses. Why should I consider PetEyez a reputable brand I can trust if they wonât post or even email their ingredients? Iâll definitely order from a different company.
