Limp be gone…
I bought this item after ready several positive reviews. Our elderly pet was limping quite a bit and takes meds that help him. Within 5 days this remedied his limping. He has responded well and we keep them handy when he needs them.

Doesn’t really work mechanically
While the items are exactly as described, there’s mechanical issues they can’t really overcome. The joint they’re meant to go on is straight with nothing to catch on, that is, nothing to help hold these in place. No matter what I did I couldn’t get them to stay on where I put them on dog, and he didn’t really seem too happy about them either. I tried just making them really tight, but then it started aggravating his dew claw. Because that’s smack in the middle of the joint, but not anything a brace like this can stabilize against, nothing like this could work quite right. It’s unfortunate, as he needs wrist support (he essentially has carpal tunnel), but I can’t see anything like this ever working.

don’t do it! these will not stay on your dog’s ankles no matter what you do!
they seemed to work fine… until my dog actually moved. as soon as she did, they slipped off her feet, no matter how i installed them. now they’re somewhere in some underbrush she ran through. poor design for a premium price. wasted $32.

I got these braces for my dog because she has carpal hyperextension, I was very disappointed as there is no support, very flimsy, slides down the leg and comes off after she walks around for a bit. They were a bit expensive for what they were, I might as well wrapped a towel around here leg and fastened it on with velcro, same amount of support. Not worth the money ð¡â¹ï¸
