Works Great!
We have a young German shepherd that was returned to the breeder when the first owners couldnât handle her. Her name is Luna, and we joke that it is short for Lunatic! We had other bark collars, but they only worked for barking, not behavior. And we had collars for behavior, but not barking. She is super smart, so she knew when she had the different one on, and would either bark or misbehave, depending on the opposite of the collar she had on. I found this one, which has both, and she instantly started behaving and stopped barking!It was great for 3 months, and then we noticed she was barking and not listening again, so we figured it needed to be charged. We put it on the charger, but the next day it still wasnât turning on. We reached out to customer support, and after some troubleshooting and photo evidence, they shipped us out a new receiver right away.We just ordered a second set so we can have one charging and ready to go when the one she is wearing needs to be recharged. This is a good product and the company stands behind it.

Works great and wonderful customer service
We got this collar for our pit mix because he has some gross habits and doesnât like to follow directions. I love that there is no shock to this collar, it keeps from accidental shocks from happening. All the dog gets is a strong vibration or beep. Weâve had the collar since March and all of a sudden in October 7 months later the receiver on the collar stopped working. I reached out to customer service about the issue to see if there was a way to reset the issue, and they got back to me right away. They asked a few questions and tried to trouble shoot the issue and when nothing workedâ¦. They gladly send out a whole new receiver for his collar. Another plus is this one seems a little stronger then the original one which is helpful with and 85lb thick headed pit mix. I have recommend this collar to many friends and will continue to do so.******* UPDATE *****A few weeks after the company replaced the collar receiver because it stopped working, the remote did the same thing. They responded very quickly and asked us to email over a video of the issue. They apologized that the issue happened and sent us out a new remote within a week. We have definitely been a big fan of this remote and the company as a whole. We will DEFINITELY recommend this to others.

Original receiver, bark function stopped working about 2 weeks in. Customer sent me a new receiver for free and have not had issues since. Great customer service experience. The bark function doesnât work super effectively for whining but itâs still a great value for money.

Transmitter button broke
I tried to contact support but there is no way to contact them here on Amazon. No link. The transmitter button pushed in and wonât come out and the transmitter wonât turn on. Worked great until this point but I havenât owned it even a year yet. Would be satisfied if they send a new one. Will update this review if they contact me. Otherwise, BUYER BEWARE! CHEAPLY MADE PLASTIC TRANSMITTER!

Works but…
It works and has great range BUT this thing is not just chunky but heavy! My 3 year old yapper is only 8 1/2 pounds so it weighs her neck down which I don’t like. This will be only utilized for short training sessions and not kept on during the day like I’d originally planned. If your dog is under 20 pounds, you may want to keep looking.Also, in regards to the static shock. I have it on level 1 out of 100 and the first time it went off, she yelped with what sounded like a cat screech while jumping in the air. Truly scared her but I admit she’s a wimp. She hasn’t barked since so I’m going to try the vibration and sound only from now on unless she really regressed. And for those who have asked, it doesn’t pick up growls, only real barks.

Versatile Bark Collar
Really great collar! Iâve used many kinds and this is the best one Iâve used. The battery life is excellent and doesnât need charging often. Also seems to be made well. My only complaint is the actual collar isnât a great collar material and wish it could be easily swapped for a regular collar. My favorite feature and the reason why I got this collar is the remote control feature. Not only is this collar automatic for barking, but having the ability to beep, buzz, or shock on demand is great for correcting observed behavior, like jumping up on guests, eating poop, or other rude behaviors that wonât trigger the automatic collar. Highly recommend!

Effective but short lived
The battery life is amazing, it lasted multiple days before I needed to charge the controller or collar. It doesn’t seem to be very waterproof, my first collar stopped working due to my dog running on a river shore and jumping in the water. It is insanely easy to use and to pair the devices together, I was able to link my old controller to the new receiver. Unfortunately there is no receiver replacement option and I had to buy a whole new collar. My second collar has now stopped working, I have had issues with it when I first got it where the light on the collar would turn on indicating communication between controller and collar, the buzzer would make sound but the vibration would not work. Sometimes the collar would turn off randomly even though it was charged which is a huge issue due to my dog being deaf and it is how we communicate off leash. I loved the product for my first impression but now I am disappointed and annoyed with it entirely. It would be an amazing product if it lasted longer than two months and if there was an option for a replacement receiver for the collar.

Buen collar de entrenamiento con vibraciones y sonido. Para un perro con dos cintas diferentes. Fácil de usar. Es un refuerzo al entrenamiento, funciona muy bien para corregir conductas sin agredir al perro con shocks. Se me hace ideal. Lo uso diariamente solo cuando los entreno media hora diaria. Tiene alcance de 500 m. Me funciona bien, ya veré si compro otro para mi otro perro, por lo pronto lo uso para ambos perros.

We tried it for a few days. We have a lab puppy. 8 months old. The puppy did not care either for a sound, or vibration, or even the shock. Totally zero reaction. We followed all the instructions, in fact I even tried to fit it as tight that no finger can be between the collar and the neck, we tried to move to to different places on the neck, including on the top where it is most tight. Zero reaction. Tried with electrodes of both lengths. I am not sure why the puppy did not react on anything. Yes we tried on *all* possible levels, up to 100, totally zero reaction. May be labs have such fur that there is no electricity between electrodes sparks through the fur. I am still not sure why. This was out ever first electric collar so I can not compare to others. Return was not a problem. Formally the thing worked, myself I can feel it even at the level one of the shock.

The collar worked great then quit holding a charge. We need to charge it all night in order to use it. Only have had the product for a month and a half, and have only used it for when we are out of the house for a few hours daily.

We have a golden puppy which needed some extra training outdoors as we aren’t completely fenced in. The vibration worked for the first bit to get his attention but once he got use to it we had tried the shock method which appears to have no affect. Switched to an in ground electric fence to help train.

This has worked excellent . No need to shock much . The beep and vibration get her attention ( only had to shock her once ) after not complying with beep/vibration. She is a smart dog but is a pitt cross . Not a vicious pup at all, but people still get nervous around them . This has made it so she can go to the park again and play with other dogs , and people can see sheâs friendly , and a good girl…. just very excitable !
