One of the best dog beds!
We have 5 year old (103pounds) and 6 year old (93 pounds) german shepherd dogs (, so we’ve been through some dog beds over the years. This is the first dog bed we’ve purchased where the zipper hasn’t broken in the first 10 minutes of having it. It’s long lasting, made of good materials and is holding up really well (we’ve had it for a few months now). The dogs love it and will lay on it together. Highly recommend — money well spent.

Not as thick as described
I believe the description stated this bed was 7 inches thick not including the pillow. Itâs barely 5 inches. The blue gel layer isnât even an inch thick. I guess you get what you pay for. I will keep it because my dog seems to like it. I canât really attest to the durability since weâve only had it a about a week but was forced to give a star rating. So far itâs holding up to my 73 pound mutt.

Not a $100 memory foam dog bed – mastiff tested
We purchased this for our mastiff. We usually use the standard large Costco dog beds most everyone with a big dog buys, but wanted to buy a memory foam to help with his joints.This bed however, is not sturdy or supportive enough to justify the cost. It is not bad looking, and matches the description except for the lack of support. I wouldnt pay more than $50 for this bed based on the level of support it provides.

Deceptive description – Jumbo size is 1/2 as thick as described
Not happy with this purchase. I got the jumbo for my 160lb/growing Great Dane. The product description says, “The jumbo size is 52â L x 36â W x 7.87â thick gel memory foam plus a 4â thick pillow.” This would lead you to believe the mattress is nearly 8″ thick. But once unpacked it instantly became clear that’s not the case: the total height (including the pillow) is approximately 7.5-8″. If you look closely at the 4th image showing the layers of the bed, you’ll see the pillow height alone is 3.94″, which means the cushion itself is also just under 4″ thick. While the foam is soft and pliable, when I stand on it my feet sink down very deep to where I can feel the tile floor under the bed. I suppose this is adequate for a 50lb dog, but definitely not a very large or heavy companion. Others have described the outer cover as durable. We disagree. I’d be surprised if this bed makes it 6 months with the outer cover being washed 2x monthly. Wish I had ignored the cost differential and gone with a Big Barker or Bully Beds brand – they are 7″ thick at the cushion, use extremely high-quality foam, and are far more durable. Trying to decide whether to attempt returning this: comes rolled up and vacuum-sealed, making returns very challenging once opened (impossible to pack it back into its original shipping box).
