BOY, IS MY FACE RED!
I loved this product for the month it lasted. I ordered it on June 12, received it on June 13, and it suddenly stopped working on July 15, too late to receive my money back. I am going to try to get ahold of product support this week. Have been too busy to contact them. I will follow up with this review when I find out how product support really supports me. Really works.
Used for neuropathy in my feet. After 2 days feet were getting feeling back and no longer tingling. After 4 days use feet have turned from dark purple to pink and toes no longer hurt and are no longer numb. Only used at half strength and for 20 minutes a day. Wonderful product.have several friends that are now ordering the light.

Great for Menstrual Cramps, But Chord Doesn’t Last
I’ve had this red light belt for about a year. It’s been great overall! I personally use it to help alleviate menstrual cramps.The only con is the chord hasn’t been holding up well. The input (where chord connects into belt) now heats up, so hot that it burns to touch it. It didn’t always do that. It also only gets power if the input is in certain spots – it didn’t always do that either.Not sure if they reimburse or have new chords to replace bad ones, but the belt itself still works great. 4 stars for great belt, but not great power chord.

When I first got this I noticed a difference only used it for three times a week for may be a month then Started a few times a month and it no longer works the part that u plug in cord on belt itâs fried which I got thisone so the battery life wouldnât be an issue..it does work though when it does work..Update:2024 received replacement on Dec 31st so I put five star excellent customer service truly !!! Doesn’t last long
Purchased twice. Both belts the plug connector on the belt overheats. In fact it can burn you if you accidently touch it. After a while It melts the rubber around it and eventually stops working.

The battery pack needs to be recharged daily
The belt is great. But I bought the more expensive one with the battery pack thinking it wouldnât need to be charged every day. You need to charge this thing with the USB charger every day or the battery pack runs out of power.

Works ok but short battery life
Update: The company reached out and proactively sent a new laser with better battery life. Very good service.The lasers themselves work well, like many other similar products, but this one has a very short battery life. I could only use it for two sessions before having to recharge it, which defeats the purpose of me having the portable version of my Class IV laser. Very strong smell, also.
