Customers appreciate the pet toy’s durability and size. They find it a good size for small dogs and perfect for their mouths. However, some customers find the ball too hard and not squeaky, making it a waste of money. There are mixed opinions on the squeak, fun for dogs, and sturdiness.

Lasts the longest!!!
My two rescue dogs are big chewers. Nothing get by them. Tennis balls especially. I have tried every dog tennis ball on the market. This ball is the one exception. The squeaker doesn’t last long but the ball does. Perhaps it’s the shape! I have to throw (two sets of 55 balls) tennis balls with my automatic ball thrower twice a day to my 80 lb. rescue schnauzer mix in order to give him the exercise he needs. By the time I have thrown 50 of them, the only ones he will run after is this Nylabone tennis ball. Don’t ask me how he knows the difference, but he does. It’s his favorite and the other ones obviously are now. He loves squeaky toys and chews them up to get the squeak out of them. The squeak in this ball is only a little plastic nodule which prevents him from chewing up the ball to get the squeaker out. I’m going to eventually replace the other 40 balls with this brand. Highly recommend!

They squeak and bounce
My dog absolutely LOVES these balls. Especially since they squeak. Small enough for my 10 pound dog to put in mouth

Does NOT squeak…
These {small} are very very hard. They cannot be squeezed. My dog will only play with squeaky toys. She just stares at me when I throw them. She’s saying “you go get it”. This the only toy out of hundreds that she has ever rejected. I do not have a UPS store anywhere near me and Amazon wants $8 to return a $4 item. I don’t know what’s wrong with them, she won’t even pick them up.

Didnât know these balls came in such a small size, but the size is perfect for my dog and he loves them.

Do not squeak
They are the size that I expected. Perfect for a small dog’s mouth. My issue is I bought these because my puppy loves squeaky toys and these don’t even though they say they do. She doesn’t have a problem making any others squeak. I cannot even make these. They are hard. She will still play with them because she likes balls but they definitely aren’t what was expected.

Great toy for a blind dog!!
My Pom is a dog who loved to play fetch the ball. Every morning after breakfast we had to toss the tennis ball down the hall so he could run and fetch it back to me. Then we had to repeat this scenario after dinner nightly. Did this for many years. Then he got diabetes and lost his eyesight. But he didn’t lose his desire to fetch the ball. Using a normal round tennis ball was proving to be aggravating as every time he bumped the ball, it would roll away. This ball with a flat side to it, was the perfect answer. Now, we are back to our routine every morning and every evening and he is a happy doggo once again!

Smaller than advertised
Page claims: “Play toy dimensions: Out of package measures 3″ long x 3 ” wide x 2.75″ high “My measurements are no more than 2.5″ x 2.5” x 2.125″Thought maybe I was sent the small version instead but the UPC label says: “NPLY004P TENNIS GRIPZ 3PK MED” so I assume this is the medium. Some reviewers seem to be upset with them not lasting, but that’s always the case with toys like this when dogs are given them to chew. I expect them to be disposable when they are left to do so. They tend to last awhile when they’re used as a fetch toy and not a chew toy.In fact, it says right on the label: “This product is a toy not intended for chewing”I know it squeaks but my dog prefers playing fetch with balls that squeak. She squeaks them on her run back from fetching it. (And more eager to get it when I squeak it before throwing)So, they’re ok balls for dogs. Just wish they were the advertised size.
