Time will tell
Time will tell if this actually heps with tear stains but our dog did gobble it right up! We have a couple treats like this and the only negative might be that this one seems to stain a bit and is a little oily, no powder coating on this one like some other brands, it feels almost like slightly stale pill pockets. So the texture is a little bit like a slightly overly hard play dough. But she likes the taste and ate it right up!

Taste doesn’t seem to be an issue, they love them!
To be honest I can’t say that these seem to have any positive effects on the dogs, however they did work well as treats and they seem to enjoy them. There was not really any change to the two stains despite administering them daily

Might be working, hard to say.
Last time I used a dog treat tear stain product I thought it wasn’t working until I was done with it and realized that it did. So far I’m feeling the same way here. But I’m not seeing much improvement. My ancient dog has very weepy eyes. It stains the fur around his eyes. I’m working with a couple products to try to minimize the problem.I chop it up and put it in his food, he has no problem eating it so that is good. I probably won’t know how it’s working until I’m done with the jar. It does take time for the fur to work it out, although I do give him some face trims to get rid of the brown spots. He’s just super weepy, but at almost 18 years old I can’t really complain. Now if only he would sleep through the night… it’s like having a puppy again.I have found that these types of products do a good job, it’s just that it’s not instantaneous so it takes some time and then some more time to realize it’s working. So if you are smart – take a face photo of your dog on day one and then take another one near the end of the jar to see how much of a difference it makes. I should have done that!

Dogs Like It
My dog gobbled this down without problem. It’s like a daily treat for her. Haven’t been using it long enough to see if it has any benefit, but it certainly is easy to use.

Doesnt remove stains
So having a 2 yr old morkie is difficult in several areas.they are genetically prone to certain problems and issues. One being eye stains. They have a constant eye leakage, although my little fur family members eye stains arent as bad as others I have seen. Doing research prior to getting this little guy at 10 weeks old helped me to truly understand what his needs would be,as well as the possible genetic problems that could arise from the type of breed his parents were. Since getting him he consistently sees his vet,but I have kept up in his eye stains and leakage since I got him. Cleaning his eyes daily with natural eye cleaner and using drops specifically made for his issues. This helps to co troll and maintain the eye leakage. However no matter what his breed has this problem and so even though his eyes are cleansed daily.cleaning and wiping creates the discolored hair stains from the tear drainage. I have tried a few items to no avail and had hoped these would be helpful somewhat easily chewable, not very soft but also not hard at all. Easy to understand and use. The quality seemed great and probably is for other dogs, however having a super picky little guy I had to try to sneak the treats into his food to get him to eat them. After using them for several weeks I hadn’t noticed a difference in the leakage or the stains that were left from cleaning them. They may have better performance on other dogs, as just because they dont help my little guy dont mean they dont work, just not for my morkie. The taste I’m sure is suitable also for many dogs, seeing most dogs will pretty much eat most things.however again my fur friend is super picky. They are a great value for the money, especially if they help the pup in question. It’s always good to try try try. If one doesnt work you keep trying till you find what does. And what might not work for one may be a treasure for others.

hopeful
My little one is 8 now and the tear stains are suddenly a daily occurrence so while she appreciates the pampering of eye wipes we are trying these. Too soon to tell but she easily takes them because they smell and apparently taste good. She is only 18 pounds so she only needs 1 per day so the supply will last awhile and we are very hopeful!
