My dog LOVES this, but…
My dog loved this right out of the box, she didn’t learn to squeak it for a couple of hours, but she just stopped playing with her other toys, ragged as they may be…My dog is a Manchester/hound dog mix, of some sort, I’m only sure about the Manchester, she resembles them in look, size, weight, and all else.She weighs approximately 20-ish pounds, or so.With that said, like I said, she loves it, so much so that within 16 waking hours after its arrival she brought me the inner squeaker, the body was in the kitchen. :)She tore off the top part of the head and gained access to the squeaker, and EXACTLY as advertised and other reviews, it is a really good squeaky toy, she really doesn’t seem to mind that the outer portion is gone, the (seemingly) durable squeaker might actually last.She can still play with the ‘body’, the toy is made that when (not if) they rip off an appendage, the nentire innards WILL NOT come out. It’s a well designed toy in that respect. So, at times she will play with that too, she has brought me the BODY several times too,My dog is a really CRAZY chewer, she is somewhere under a year old and she will chew on anything that she is in front of her, including rocks, a blade of grass as she runs by, furniture legs, window sills, you name it, she has eaten it.She is a problem dog, but we picked her, and we’d do the same if it was our kid, we wouldn’t throw them out. :)She has to be watched constantly, that is not the most fun, but, like they say, ‘It is what it is’.I mention all of that to show that even though she is a crazy chewer, the rubber portion of the toy is still ‘with us’, for now, I will update this if anything else develops, and I am sure it will.Oh yeah, I really need to add, I don’t think that the makers can make a chew toy ‘outer’ from anything that will last that long, not unless you go to a rope material, and I did not want that, it can be swallowed and cause more trouble. (Fabric can be swallowed too, but it’s at least softer…)So, really, more than likely you can’t get any better than this if your dog is a crazy chewer too.

Great dog toy
Our larger dog as well as the two smaller ones love this toy. It is unique, not your ordinary toy. Very sturdy, a little heavy, and it takes a bit of force to make it squeak. Even though our two smaller dogs canât make it squeak, they love running around with it and playing with it. I even bought this toy a second time after the material got unraveled and the toy was a little dirty. Definitely a cool dog toy!

Dangerous toy
This toy has a “spine” made of separate small hard plastic pieces. My dog tore it open very easily and the pieces went everywhere. They are just the size that a dog might swallow, and I hope my dog didn’t eat any! I sent a message to the seller but got no reply. Also, there seems to be no way to return the second one I bought. Cute toy, but not worth the danger to your pet!

Difficult for my dog to make the toy squeak
My dog is 15.5 pounds. He’s strong and quite the watch dog. But he has a difficult time to make the toy squeak. Other than that, very durable material. Well made. We’re not sending it back.

Durable and fun! My labrador/pitbull mix loves it!
Little wiggly feet and protruding beak and topknot are great “teasers” to spark his interest in playtime. Rigid neck is a little hard to squeak, but I imagine that’s because it’s still pretty new. Seems very durable so far!

My dog loves this toy. It is her go to that she plays with. Good quality, itâs tall, no squeak but does crinkle. One of the legs broke so it doesnât bend but thatâs not a huge concern to me or my dog, would buy again if I had to!

5 minutes after giving this to my dog the squeaker was no longer working, the toy feels durable though and holds up to chewing.

Iâve been trough loads of toys between 3 picky and destructive dogs. This toy has not only stood the test of time with them, but they always seem to pick this particular one out. Itâs still squeaky and intake after months!!Itâs so good, I bought 2 more, so now each of them have their own. Wish all toys were made like this one!

Advertised as fit for ”aggressive chewer”, bought for 4 month old puppy who managed within one month to completely destroy this toy, making it unsuitable for him to play with anymore. Very expensive toy, would not reccommend.
