It’s perfect for my princess
Oh my spoiled princess Missy just loves this. I have 2 of them. At the foot of my bed where she lives to lay, I put this in the covers for her and she LOVES it. She will get in it and when it starts warming, she will groom and then she’s out like a light. It’s funny now because if I don’t have this out when she jumps up on the bed, she will literally just stand there, looking at me then the floor, where I keep it under the bed. When I reach under the bed, she squeaks and then moved back to allow room for me to place it. It’s VERY easy to understand . The controls are so easy. The heat control is from 1 to 6, I keep it on 3. There is a 4,8,12 and 24 hour timer too. I always keep it on 4 hours. Easy in and off button. It’s very very soft and the cover is washable. The power cord is long enough too. This is really a safe and reliable item, that’s why I have 2 of them. If you find that your unit is blinking during use, check the plug. I find that when the plug comes loose in the socket, it blinks. It’s a nice safety feature. Great item and I have tried 2 other heating pads for my girl and they didn’t measure up to the quality of this one. Missy fits perfectly in it too. She’s about 11 pounds(a full figured gal) and all of her fits perfectly. It’s also pretty too.

A True Gift for My Senior Dog
I purchased this pad for my older Carolina dog, who has various aches and pains. She is usually not one to take to the dog bed, but this comfy pad is a tonic. The pad is warm but never hot, super soft, and the cord is designed to prevent chewing. I may need a second for my other (jealous) dog!

“Warmy Pad” is huge hit with my two senior kitties!
My kitties don’t like to cuddle or sit very close to each other except when it comes to their “warmy pad” Then all bets are off!I purposely waited to write this review until they’d used it for a while so it’d be honest and best reflect its longevity.I can definitely say this pet heating pad is all around amazing!!!It’s very sturdy, easy to clean and I love the timer and adjustable temperature (although there’s only two heat settings we use and they’re the two lowest ones!)I did catch them chewing the cord a few times in the beginning so having the plastic cover is a relief! My female cat tends to throw up so the washable cover made cleaning a breeze. I do wish the cover was a tad thicker however I top it with a knit baby blanket and that has been just right (as seen in the pictures)I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pet heating pad. It’s lasted us all this time AND is still going strong- even with a lot of use.

Doesnât get as warm as expected
One of the pictures indicated that the highest level, 6, would get up to 130 degrees. It felt warm to me, definitely not that hot.

Perfect for outdoor or indoor cats
Bought this for a stray cat that has been sleeping in our shed. It really is amazing!! It heats to several different temperatures and you can set a timer for only a few hours or 12 or ever 24 hrs! The cat absolutely loves it!! She won’t get off it. Amazing quality for the price and you can take the outside cover off to wash it. The timer alone is worth it!!

I’m one of those crazy cat ladies (with a supportive husband) who not only has four cats myself, but I also feed the feral cats outside my house. I live in southern Ohio, and our winters fluctuate, but we definitely get the cold weather. I purchased two of these, one for my front porch and one for my deck. I have two primary feral cats that I feed every day, twice a day, and one of them uses the porch one, and the other uses the deck one. They love it! I believe if they could write the review they would give it 5 stars because they cuddle up on it and I’m sure it keeps them warm on those cold days and nights!

Ordered product not working, no way to reach Customer Support!
This was purchased Dec 3rd. however this was a gift, and now today this is not working, I’ve tried plugging it into another wall and nothing, seems to be dead? But it appears even tho it did not get used till after Dec 25th, I’ve ran out of time, I ordered 2 of this product, the other one seems to be fine so far. This was a gift for an older dog but now she has no heating pad, I have no way of reaching the company cos of the expired time line, but for most of Dec this was wrapped up for a gift. Just be careful I guess where you buy, cos some don’t back up what they sell!

Great Product, but my cat hates it.
Honesty is key.The product itself seems very sturdy, built nicely, the cover on the cable is thick, and it heats up as it should.However, my cat will not go anywhere near it. Iâm going on over a week of him wanting to do nothing with it. He prefers my scent so Iâve even taken the same sweatshirts he usually sleeps in and placed it on top or near the mat. Every night heâll slowly keep pulling on the sweatshirts until their off the mat entirely and then curl into a ball on my sweatshirt rather then the mat. Iâve tried placing treats on the mat day by day and he actively avoids it. I donât know if heâs not a fan of the material or overall doesnât like it. He would rather sleep on my rough floor that the boiler heat comes through instead.I gave this 3 stars because I could see it working well for someoneâs cat who likes it. But because my boy is not a fan unfortunately have to rate accordingly.
