It get cold
It worked for delivery mail as a city carrier for USPS. Hottest day was 108 degrees. I would change the ice packs ever couple of hours which made the heat tolerable

Summertime hero!
It’s been getting hotter and hotter and this icy cold vest helps beat the heat. I’m a larger-framed guy and this fit me without issue. It came with plenty of ice-packs (you fill them yourself) so that you can swap them out as needed throughout the day. I honestly sleep with mine.
