This is the perfect way to relax after a long day. Pop it into the microwave, drape it around your neck and enjoy! You can also stick it in the freezer for a cooling option. Either way you go, itâs great way to get some relief and relaxation. This would make a perfect gift!

Soft to touch, retains heat, strong aromatherapy
This neck and shoulder heat and cold pack is well made, comfortable and convenient to use. Its versatility in using as a heating pad or cooling pad and shape that can wrap around or lay flat on different body parts is nice for different kids of relief. Both my husband and I have been able to make use of this pad for various aches and pains. Would recommend! The pack is long enough to wrap around your neck and secure with the elastic band, which allows you to relax and be hands-free. You can also just lay it over your shoulders, stomach or back.When heated, the aromatherapy smell comes through more. Husband says itâs strong and feels like heâs opened a cabinet of essential oils. To me, itâs not overpowering, smells like a chamomile/lavender tea and definitely gives off cozy relaxation vibes. After microwaving and using, the heat retained really well for at least 30 minutes. Weâve never used it longer than that, but have gone back to it and felt that it was still warm to the touch, so I imagine you could go longer.Comes with a plastic ziplock bag to retain in the freezer when not in use, for sanitary reasons. The exterior fabric is plush and so soft and comfy, only wish I could remove and wash it. I guess I will just have to be careful to use it after showering for my own peace of mind.I also love that the instructions are printed onto the tag on the side in case you forget how to use it.

i really am loving this right now!
yes, it IS helping my neck (& hopefully my upper shoulder area too!) i have been using the heat it up option for knots & pain in my neck, shoulders & back. i LOVE that they included a little attachment band so you can have it meet & overlap in front of your neck. you don’t normally see/get that in these type of neck things. so, yay on that too! i heat it up, attach it & voila, let it do its work, the moist heat, the herbs…all to soothe & relax your neck, etc. it has helped me to take naps, which i notoriously have not been able to do, which i desperately need, as i have sleep issues. so, thank you for a lovely product! *Postscript; There was a really long wait for my order. that’s the only caveat (why i didn’t give it 5 stars). then it was “delivered” but not, so i had to wait some more for the item to actually arrive, thank goodness the re-order was a million times quicker than the 1st order! ty 🙂

Warm and Cozy Heating Pad
This little heating pad may be small but it certainly has helped easy up some of my aching muscles. I feel like with the length of this heating pad, because my body structure is on the smaller side, this can go all the way across my shoulders. The heat provides a nice and cozy way to relief some of the tension that has build up during the day.When heated up there is a very strong aromatherapy scent that comes out. I love that this can also be wrapped around my neck using the elastic tie at the end. The material is a plush type material. The only thing I wish was that it could be removed for easy washing.Other than that I think that this feels nice, smells nice, and provides nice relief on sore muscles. Overall good.

Needs to heat longer
Itâs nice and big and comfy but directions say to heat for no more than a minute and it doesnât get hot enough at 1 min. It doesnât have that nasty smell like burnt popcorn so that is a plus!

Smells Nice, Long Enough for Neck & Shoulders
This microwavable heating wrap does exactly what itâs supposed to, and it smells wonderful, too. Unlike homemade rice-filled wraps that can have a musty smell, this one is filled with a nice blend of herbsâprimarily lavender and mintâwhich creates a calming aroma during use. The scent definitely adds to the relaxation experience and makes it a pleasure to use.One thing I noticed is that it picks up a bit of moisture when itâs warm. After microwaving, I placed it on the counter and noticed a slight damp spot. It doesnât feel wet while in use, so itâs not a big issue, just something to be aware of. The wrap also has an elastic strap at one end, which is handy for hanging it up, especially if you want to air it out between uses.The only downside is that it isnât washable and doesnât come with a washable cover, so youâll likely need to replace it over time. But itâs well-made and quite long, fitting comfortably around my neck and even reaching partway over my shoulders. For what it is, this wrap works very well and is an excellent option for soothing neck pain without any odd smells. Five stars!

The scent really boosts the whole experience, making you feel all zen and ready for a nap.It also has this handy elastic strap on one end, which I guess is for hanging it up like a trophy after youâre done relaxing. Itâs great for airing it out between uses.On the down side, the wrap is not washable and it doesnât come with a removable cover. So, eventually, you might have to replace it unless youâre into the whole âvintage herbal aromaâ thing. But on the bright side, itâs well-made and fits comfortably around my neck, even creeping over my shoulders for that full-on spa robe experience. All in all, itâs a fantastic product for neck pain relief. WIN!

Versatile
We love the versatility of this heating pad. Its size and shape make it perfect for multiple uses on the body. I think it retains heat much better than cold, which is my only minor complaint. The aromatherapy aspect is quite minimal, however, I wouldn’t want it to be too overpowering, so I think it is just about right for me. I can always use my own aromatherapy oils if I wanted the scent to be stronger. Easier to add than take away, right? We have used this frequently since we got it and we are really pleased with it overall.
