it works well
Looks nice, feels nice, smells nice. I have only tried using it as a cold wrap. I doubt I’ll ever try using it as a hot wrap. When it’s not in use I keep it in the freezer. I have owned similar wraps for decades. I’ve always been happy with them:)

I like how you can place it in the microwave and heat as directed. Place on your neck or areas that need pain relief, and it helps.

Really helps with migraines and muscle relaxing
I struggle with migraines, and this helps immensely. It also helps with tense shoulder and neck muscles that may be painful. I love that you can use it hot or cold: the latter temperature has helped keep me cool during the summer. The herbs even smell wonderful and help with relaxation. My only advice is to keep it in a plastic bag and in the freezer when not in use: the smell stays much fresher. Without the bag, it tends to smell a bit like food.

This is the perfect size and weight. Feels very comfortable, easy to use and has great herbal aromas. Comforts neck pain, shoulder, hip, knee pain, itâs easy to place and relieves and feel like aroma therapy. I love it.

This pillow is okay. It’s not stuffed full, so the rice/beans/whatever shift around a lot. You have to jostle them to get them where you want. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, it does not hold heat as well as some other products. It does smell good though 🙂

Why change it up?????
This is my favorite relaxing tool ever. I use it all day long as stress reliever, to warm me up or to just feel comfy. It helps me fall asleep in the evenings! Best product ever. I think Iâve purchased close to ten of them in past few years.After this review Iâm adding an update. I still agree with what I said!! However, since this product came out. It isnât the same: smaller, sewed differently and the cost has doubled. Makes me sad, that all companies do this!! Lower income people miss out on everything because we simply canât afford it!!

Interesting way to get heat to sore parts of your body
I purchased 2 of these. Microwave for a few minutes, time will depend on the strength of your unit. It heats up and stays warm for quite a while. The scent is a perk. The scent will decrease over time, but, you can still use the product. The shape makes it convenient for most parts of the body.

Dont’ do it!
My very first heat pack was from Nature’s Approach many years ago. I have bought others trying different brands last few years. I needed new ones for myself and my daughter. I was on Amazon and was ordering other items for Valentine’s Day. They appeared. Needless to say I ordered several heat packs at that time. I read through many of the comments and dismissed what other consumers had stated. Normally I take heed and move on however, with having Nature’s approach heat packs before i figured you just cant make some people happy. Well, joke is on me. I received my package that contained the home spa 4-piece, neck wrap and basic herb pack. Obviously i spent a little $$ expecting the same quality i had in the past. I opened the packages and was immediately disappointed. They lack in stuffing as stated in other comments. I’m not even sure there is herbs in one. It doesn’t smell at all. One has barely anything in it. The over all quality is NOT worth buying these. I will make sure i don’t make this mistake again and will order from Heavenly Hollow and gladly pay “little” more for much better quality. FYI, I’m back to using my herb pack that I bought from Heavenly Hollow a year ago.
